Oh wow . Well hopefully the wait isn’t too long for you. There are other gig apps you can take advantage of in the mean time
So once you're off the waitlist, youll be able to shop in your zipcode even though thats not the zip that you gave customer service?
Yes, once you are off the waitlist you can shop in any zip code. Some zip codes are more saturated with shoppers so you might not see many orders.

It’s just a chance you have to take . It might be or it might not be .

That’s so strange . You should be able to. Have you tried doing it several times ? That might be the issue
Nope just once. And they said that the app automatically update to where i go and if a spot is available eventually ill get off waitlist @nancyuche_

Hi there. You have to use a zip code from the city you reside in. They will fact check as well.
Not true I used a different zip code from a different state and didn’t get waitlisted and still can do it where I reside

What number can you call? All I could find is the support chat. Couldn’t find a phone number at all for shoppers.
