▶Ingredients
3 egg yolk
Salt 1g
3 egg whites
Sugar 90g
90g Cake flour ( or All purpose flour )
Vegetable oil 30g
Orange juice 30g
Vanilla Extract 2ml (can be omitted)

Made this yesterday, the cake is soft and moist, with the right amount of sugar. It’s not too sweet and definitely has a nice orange taste ^^

Is it soft like a sponge cake?
Themis F I’m not familiar with sponge cakes, but this one really had a spongy texture.
If it’s not, you can try adding one or two more egg whites

저는1호원형틀에 굽다가 손님이 많이오신다해서 2배로양을늘려서 16.5cm×높이4.5cm되는 2호정사각팬에 구우니 딱좋았어요
반죽안에 건크린베리넣고 위에는아몬드슬라이스 올려서 170도에30분 구웠어요
다음엔 크린베리넣을땐 설탕양을좀줄여야할듯ᆢ너무 달달하네요

todavia no la he hecho pero si hice la de vainilla , que es algo identica solo que de vainilla y esta es de naranja , es la misma masa los mismos ingredientes solo cambia la naranja, por la vainilla, recomiendo hacer esta torta de naranja se ve y es muy facil de hacer, y felicitaciones por esta torta para ser una menor , muy recomendada para todos

Wowwww I tried this today and it was really goodddd. The smell is amazing and the amount of sweetness was spot on. I wish I had put a bit more orange zest though. Also, I did need to bake 5-10 more extra minutes. At
