A lot of you requested videos on fertility after my last vlog so I've decided to film some. If you have any specific questions or requests, let me know below and I will try to cover them in upcoming videos. Thanks for being here! ❤❤❤
Wow! Long time listener, first time caller. But I actually work for a company called Mosie Baby, and it’s a great option to try before moving on to other procedures. It’s home insemination, but with the first syringe actually designed for bodies trying to conceive! Happy to share more info if you are interested. ❤️
Hi Julia !! I also had two losses in a row, and I just wish I could give you a big hug because I know how hard it is. I switched up my diet and started taking calc fluor 6x, and ended up pregnant again. I'm being induced tomorrow morning, and will have my little baby boy in my arms. I am in my first month of trying to conceive naturally and I feel nothing but hope. Our bodies are so resilient. I keep hearing alot of women say that they didn't want children when they were in a toxic partnership but when they got in a healthy one their feelings changed. That's so beautiful 🥺🥰 Good luck 😍
@@Zero-vf8vy yeah, no… drinking green shit doesn’t shrink tumors. Eating right doesn’t change the fact that the cancer fed on estrogen. Inositol is amazing to take for fertility!! I have PCOS and was told it’d be close to impossible to conceive naturally but once I added inositol & folic acid to help my cycle and ovulation, I got pregnant within 3 months of consistently taking them! My daughter is healthy and will be 1 in May! Hope that helps ❤️
@@megan-ft3ps it’s crazy to me that I had to do months of research on how to actually help my fertility with PCOS when I finally came across that supplement on my own instead of my OB helping me and suggesting it. All they do is shove BC down your throat to “fix” things but it only makes it worse honestly. But yes like you we weren’t successful at all for a year and a half, my period has vanished for a whole year and I wasn’t ovulating. Inositol and lots of prayers gave me my beautiful baby ❤️ so happy that you were also able to have your miracle baby!! Bc pcos sucks 😔
I treat every meal and snack like a little celebration. I love that you do too! There's something about preparing food in a considered way that makes it taste better.
This video helped me "reset"so much. I'm looking forward to getting back to taking care of my PCOS and me. We've had 2 miscarriages, lost 3 babes and battling infertility for four years. My motivation and grief comes in waves. Thank you always for being open and transparent. It helps so many❤️
I love the way you talk about food. I have a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and is very frustrating to see the majority of influencers on how the talk about food. Sending lots of love, love your content 🤍
I’m not trying for a baby yet, but these very healthy and easy recipes are helpful as a type 1 diabetic ❤️. Glad to see you are doing well and trying again for a baby :).
I think you should do whatever makes you most relaxed and content. When I finally conceived, it was right after I took a trip hiking by myself in Cornwall, UK, in late fall (off season) and ate really good food and took a lot of time to think. I just generally mucked about by myself for hours each day on the moors or along the coastal paths. And somewhere in there, I accepted that if I never had children, that was okay. I would be okay. And then when I got back, I think I was just so relaxed...I conceived a couple of weeks later.
I conceived my first child after a trip to europe. My husband and I had been trying for over a year with no results. Something about being relaxed definitely helps out!
Thank you for being so vulnerable and open with us all. I can only imagine what it takes to put your journey out there, especially through losses. My husband and I struggled to get pregnant for over two years and we also experienced a miscarriage. If there is anything I have learned from it all, it’s that we aren’t alone in these struggles. I have also discovered more about myself, my strength, my dedication and trusting in it all from the challenges. I have been loving your videos for years, so just thank you again. For sharing bits of your lovely self with us all! You are held, you are seen. And you will make an incredible mother one day❤️
It’s always a pleasure to watch you cook and come up with your meals. You have a healthy relationship with food compared to most people…myself included in that unhealthy bunch. It’s wonderful to see a healthy, beautiful, fit woman actually eat 3 full meals, and 2 substantial healthy snacks a day! It’s nice to see self care with food.
We've been trying for 3 years, and still going. Procedures are very expensive and almost the same price as the school loan. So thanks for sharing this idea. =D
Have you researched IUI procedure. I was told it’s covered by insurance (up to 5 visits). If your not aware already it might be something worth looking into.
I'm amazed at the amount of work you put into your food; that certainly requires a lot of patience. A lot of people (myself included) order their food nowadays or they take microwave food because they feel it takes too long to prepare a meal of their own, but you have actually inspired me to put more effort into my own cooking. It often tastes better too, and I have no doubt whatsoever that your own culinary creations were absolutely delicious! Also, I know this video wasn't meant to be ASMR-content, but I still found myself getting some tingles from it. It's hard for me to explain, but I feel like this video was a perfect example of unintentional ASMR, with the way you explain what you've been eating lately and how you prepare your meals. Somehow, it's just very pleasing to watch. On top of that, I've already seen so much of your actual ASMR-content that I often get tingles simply by looking at your hands, even if you're not using them practise your ASMR-tistry. It's more or less a matter of association XD . I'm looking forward to seeing more videos from you in the future, Julia! I appreciate every single one of them😄!
I get ASMR from watching cooking vids on RUclips all the time! Cooking is cozy and peaceful & there's really nothing better than a home-cooked meal. Thanks so much for being here, I really appreciate you. ❤️❤️❤️

Although I am not trying to conceive, that baked banana oatmeal cake? looked really good. I love your cooking hacks, I'm not sure if the topic is off limits but an update on your other home (renovations etc.), future travels oh! Film and tv show reviews. 😊 Sending you all the good vibes~
I love all your videos (ALL of them) and it makes me so happy to see you making new content again. Thank you for being so honest and real, it is so inspiring. 💖💕 I get so excited about the food videos, I love cooking and I always try out your recipes/meal ideas with or without substitutions. Aaannd yours are the best ASMR videos I have ever seen.
You probably already know this but I didn’t when I first found out I was pregnant, so I thought I’d share. It’s apparently not safe to clean out a cats liter box while pregnant because of toxoplasmosis. I’m 22 weeks pregnant now and had never heard of this until getting pregnant!
Yes, it's totally a good precaution to let someone else clean the litter or wear a mask if you live alone and must do it yourself. Toxoplasmosis is rare in indoor cats, so it's unlikely you would contract it if your cats stay inside. It's more common in outdoor cats or cats that split time between both. In any case, I'm sure your baby is happy and healthy in there! Big congrats ❤️
Your philosophy on food and whole food specifically really aligns with a wonderful dietician Lily Nichols. She wrote Real Food for Pregnancy and I highly recommend it! It’s packed with research and so much food information, I totally geek out on it. I think you would enjoy it. Sending you love and support in this fertility journey. I am very excited to watch you become a mom 🥰
My husband and I are officially trying for a baby this month, and we are so excited!! Best wishes to you on your journey to fertility and motherhood 💕💕
Hi Julia, I’m so sorry for your losses. I had a full term stillborn daughter in December and your videos have been therapeutic for me. I have also changed my diet and started working out and have felt so much better. My husband and I haven’t lost hope and we plan on trying again in a couple months. Good luck to you on your journey ❤️

Place any protein in your beautiful pot. Add 3 tablespoons oil. Brown meat on stove. Add water to pan but avoid covering meat so as not to boil. Place in oven on 300 for 2 to 3 hours. Add the vegetables during the last hour of cooking. Let rest. This SLOW AND LOW method is worth trying.
I always love your food videos! I’ve started incorporating more fruit into my diet, specifically at breakfast and my plate always reminds me of you. Thank you for making fruit look so appealing.
Our Flag Means Death is a really funny show on HBO that is a little violent too since it's about pirates, but one of my fav shows so far! Love your videos, they help me promote self care ❤️
I’ve always struggled with PCOS and when I came off the pill I never got a period. A good friend recommended I start taking chaste tree berry, myoinsitol, and maca in combination, as she was able to have a successful pregnancy once she started taking these. Once I started taking them I got my period regularly for the first time in my life. It’s amazing what natural supplements can do and it’s so unfortunate that doctors don’t normally recommend these things. I hope this helps someone else who may be struggling ❤️
I had been using Bayer's Elevit(vitamins and minerals for pregnant women) and Duphaston(tablets for not having miscariage) ones a day. During all of my three pregnancies and everything was fine in the end! Wish you lots of luck! 🍀
Hi Julia! For some reason I think you would like Undone. It's just about to begin its second season on Prime. It stars Rosa Salazar and Bob Odenkirk, and is done in this amazingly cool rotoscope style. The storyline is very interesting!

I took low dose aspirin as well after an uneventful first pregnancy followed by 5 miscarriages and stayed pregnant with the low dose aspirin taken in first trimester. As well as progesterone suppositories 1st trimester. Good luck! Wishing you the best!
Hey Julia! Wish you and your partner the best on this journey! And I have to say, that lunch with the bacon sandwich and the salad on the side looks AMAZING 🤩
So glad you're back Julia! and thank you for the fertility-themed videos, they're really helpful but mostly comforting to watch ❤️ speaking of great TV shows, I just finished the last season of The Sinner and it was great
I love that you go on "kicks" of fruit... I am on a Cosmic crisp apple kick myself. I sincerely recommend them, they're a combo of honeycrisp and enterprise apples. They stay crisp and sweet for a long time. You should check them out!!
I love how you are always so considerate and thoughtful in the way you put across your content, whether you’re preparing food or discussing your personal journey. Hope you’re doing ok, Julia. 💘
I’m obsessed with mini series Godless on Netflix! It is such a gorgeous, classic western story, and still manages to bring a lot of unique elements to the genre. There’s a great balance between the serious and lighthearted ♥️
Yummy the soup reminds me so much of mexican caldo de res its pretty much the same thing except my family also adds zucchini and corn cob halves its so hearty and warm it always makes me feel good. Sending only positive energy and baby dust to you and your family. You are strong, never give up 💖
These are great ideas! I just cranked up my protein intake. If it was on the plate, it had some protein in it. Quinoa, eggs, nuts, oats, greek yogurt, cottage cheese. And testing for my ovulation. But I still swear it's the added protein that helped me conceive. Good luck! Looking forward to updates.
Looks great, good ideas. I had egg retrieval surgery a couple days ago and dealing with some horrible nausea and cramps. Watching some videos of different healthy things to eat is giving me some motivation. Take care
im a gestational surrogate and even though I never been through your situation I am hoping the best for you and so happy your helping others to hopefully naturally achieve pregnancy.❤️ fertility journeys are all differently unique and beautiful.
Thanks for sharing your journey! Love your self care routines. Wish I had that motivation. Love all your videos but would love to see more ASMR massage and maybe ASMR cooking.
Love when you show the Mentos and impersonated them by: "leave me alone" :)))))) I'm glad you are doing well and trying. Sending lots of love and hugs.
Good luck with your baby journey! ♥️ I love seeing the food, definitely want to try the baked oats! Never thought of blending first. I’ve been binge watching The Dead Zone. It’s so cheesy but I friggin love it. I found it on IMDB so totally free. I’m a HUGE Stephen King fan so I’m in my happy place. 🤓
I'm so in love with your cookware! I'm not a great cook myself, but I would probably enjoy cooking so much more if I had the right set-up. Your meals are always so beautiful and satisfying, even as an observer. Glad to see you in good spirits and, as always, wishing you & Nick all the luck on this journey. ☺️

Going to check it out! Thank you!!

It's so nice to see you back Julia ♥
I took low dose aspirin as well after an uneventful first pregnancy followed by 5 miscarriages and stayed pregnant with the low dose aspirin taken in first trimester. As well as progesterone suppositories 1st trimester. Good luck! Wishing you the best!
You look a lot better. You got pink in your skin & a very beautiful glow. Best of luck.
Also omega 3's are very good for fertility & will save your brain while pregnant.
Hey Julia! Wish you and your partner the best on this journey! And I have to say, that lunch with the bacon sandwich and the salad on the side looks AMAZING 🤩
So glad you're back Julia! and thank you for the fertility-themed videos, they're really helpful but mostly comforting to watch ❤️
speaking of great TV shows, I just finished the last season of The Sinner and it was great
I love that you go on "kicks" of fruit... I am on a Cosmic crisp apple kick myself. I sincerely recommend them, they're a combo of honeycrisp and enterprise apples. They stay crisp and sweet for a long time. You should check them out!!
Sending you love during your fertility journey. Also TV show recs: so excited Bosch is coming back! Also, love Sanditon on PBS. season 2 just ended!
I love how you are always so considerate and thoughtful in the way you put across your content, whether you’re preparing food or discussing your personal journey. Hope you’re doing ok, Julia. 💘
The adorable smile after the kiss at the beginning♥️
Looking good and vibrant Julia!
P.S: can't wait to give the baked oats a try tomorrow morning! 😍
Congrats on your pregnancy!!!!
Love you blitz, wish you nothing but greatness on this new journey 💓
I’m obsessed with mini series Godless on Netflix! It is such a gorgeous, classic western story, and still manages to bring a lot of unique elements to the genre. There’s a great balance between the serious and lighthearted ♥️
Yummy the soup reminds me so much of mexican caldo de res its pretty much the same thing except my family also adds zucchini and corn cob halves its so hearty and warm it always makes me feel good. Sending only positive energy and baby dust to you and your family. You are strong, never give up 💖
Always so nice to see you. Wishing you the very best.
Renaissance cooking!! 😅 I lol’d when you said it and it totally makes sense.
Hi Julia, hope you have a wonderful day
Thanks so much ☺❤
excited to see you back! Looking glorious 🍬✨
Oh how I’ve missed you ❤️🥹
Here I am 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️👋🏻👋🏻
Great video! So great to see you back Julia. I love your massage videos including the cat one😌 Also, your cooking videos are great too. TYSM ❤️
Outer Range on PRIME!
A bit sci fi meets Wyoming small town.
Peculiar and great!
Looks great, good ideas. I had egg retrieval surgery a couple days ago and dealing with some horrible nausea and cramps. Watching some videos of different healthy things to eat is giving me some motivation. Take care
Congrats Julia .I’m so happy for you
I don't want kids but I hope other women get through their journey with good spirit, love and hope :) Sending you all healthy wishes!
I'm going to send all the good vibes toward you and nick. For netflix. The witcher, ginny and Georgia, manifest
The chewed up bun😂 Thank you for sharing that. Lamb has always been one of my absolute favorite meats. Not many people like the sound of it.
im a gestational surrogate and even though I never been through your situation I am hoping the best for you and so happy your helping others to hopefully naturally achieve pregnancy.❤️ fertility journeys are all differently unique and beautiful.

Love when you show the Mentos and impersonated them by: "leave me alone" :)))))) I'm glad you are doing well and trying. Sending lots of love and hugs.
Same!
i love the effort you put into the meal presentation ❤
I've been re-watching LOST on Hulu, if you've never seen that! My favorite!
I saw the first few seasons years ago and loved them - I realize I never finished the show though. Super good idea!
Awww the beginning is so cute
I could watch you cook all day! So 😋
I'm so in love with your cookware! I'm not a great cook myself, but I would probably enjoy cooking so much more if I had the right set-up. Your meals are always so beautiful and satisfying, even as an observer. Glad to see you in good spirits and, as always, wishing you & Nick all the luck on this journey. ☺️
that Ruby cutaway was content gold
Your lamb dish is the pretty much the same as Irish stew. It's like a hug in a bowl. 😋
Yes! A GOOD hug!!
@@itsblitzzz It also looks a lot like a french dish called a Pot au feu!
Hello Julia, I love your videos, especially those with ASMR content. Hopefuly they are coming soon as well. Can’t wait. Take care 🍀
I've been loving Ozark (I know I'm late to the train) as well as The Wire (again... late to the train) but both are SO goooood. Definitely recommend!
I really need to watch the Wire one of these days as a girl from Baltimore! My mom still talks about it as "the best show of all time"!
I really love this style of video and the what i eat in a days or even maybe a what i eat in a week? X
I love you! Wishing you all the best!
Julia! Ruby likes bread?! I recently adopted a short-haired tabby we named Calypso; she steals whole entire loaves from off the counter!! I have never heated of cats that like bread!!
Ruby regrets nothing
She's truly does not give a f*** 😩
Love you Julia!
Can you please make a tutorial on how you make your eggs look that perfect 🍳😍
