RECIPES/INGREDIENTS IN TODAY’S VIDEO:
Ricotta Toast Ingredients (all ingredients to taste):
toasted bread of choice
fresh whole milk ricotta
maldon sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
fresh ground black pepper
lemon (squeezed over top)
pickled red onions (optional)
VEGETARIAN/VEGAN TACOS (no measurements; I chop all produce and place in individual bowls before plating)
organic corn tortilla sliders (Favorite brand with no preservatives: bit.ly/2MpyrhE)
rganic refried beans (Favorite brand: bit.ly/30Vwnn9)
organic roma tomatoes
organic white onion
organic lettuce
organic avocado
organic mango
organic sour cream OR unsweetened plain yogurt OR cashew cream (vegan) OR unsweetened plain vegan yogurt (vegan)
hot sauce (optional)
NOTE FOR TACOS: You can eliminate or substitute any ingredients on your tacos to suit dietary preferences/restrictions. You can also add additional toppings/ingredients. Be creative and have fun. I switch it up depending on what’s in season and what’s in my fridge.

My homemade face/body toner recipe:
⁃ 2 ounces of boiled, filtered water OR high quality witch hazel (I use water)
- 3 drops tea tree oil
⁃ 2 to 3 drops peppermint essential oil
⁃ 1 drop eucalyptus essential oil
⁃ 1 drop rosemary essential oil (optional)
⁃ 1 drop white camphor essential oil (optional)

I can’t wait to try the tacos! I have never made a meatless version. We have ample Mexican food here, but it usually utilizes meat. I have Celiac Disease, but I can accommodate your recipes/ideas into something I can eat fairly easily. I want to camp now! You amaze me with the toner and facial routine. I live in the south and we have to scrub our skin.

My husband and I just got done building an elevated fold down platform that goes in the back of my SUV that we are going to be using as a bed for camping. A few years ago someone broke into our camp site at like 2 am and ever since then mamma aint about that tent life 😂
OMG the campsite break-in is a fear!!! What happened/ are you sure it wasn't an animal? 😩😩😩 So terrifying. Glad you guys are okay.
@@itsblitzzz yeah we are sure. There was a long gravel road that you had to drive down to get to the camp sites and when we put up our tent we put it at the outer part of the site right next to the road basically. We went to sleep at 1 or so and we had been asleep about 30 minutes or so when I heard footsteps walking down the road. They walked down the road at a pretty regular pace, then once they got about 20 feet away from our site they slowed down, and started almost tip toeing. Walked right past our tent and into our site. We could hear stuff moving around. Thank goodness my husband had his gun because he pulled the slide back and it made that very distinct sound that like a shotgun makes when its loaded and the second that happened the person literally stopped and walked away at like a fast walking pace. Was one of the scariest things that ever happened to me. 😭

I was dying when I saw Nick with the coffee grinder again lol. I've tried all the foods in your video except the tostadas...going to NOW!! Yum!! LOL. I'm a newbie dirt bike owner myself and I live in Northern California. If you recommend any good spots, I'm all ears.
Gorman or Rowher Flat OHV are both great places to practice with lots of open areas & trails if you're still learning. Both are best during weekdays when there are less people!

What is the most essential camping product do you think? The camp stove?
You definitely don't need a camp stove, as you can cook over a campfire! I would say invest in a good pot and pan or small set of cookware for camping. ❤️

Ali Where are you from? That's a good point about the size. As an American, I haven't really thought about that. I'm from the West coast of the US and will be driving to the east coast to see family for the holidays. It's a 30+ hr drive that will take about three days. Kind of insane when I think about it.

I started using peppermint oil with my skincare ever since your London vlog and I dunno if it’s made any difference or if my skin is better bc I’ve been following the routine more often but what i am certain of is i love how invigorating the cold feeling is from the oil so thanks for that!

Stephen King lives just up the street from me here in Bangor, Maine! (I think he lives out of state most of the time tho) his house is really cool and spooky looking. It's a huge staple in our little city.
