- Today I am joined by my friend (and neighbor!), Matisse, for another relaxing session. Matisse is someone who radiates confidence and kindness. She is a caring friend, a fun person to hang out with, a great cook, talented makeup artist, and all around beautiful person. I am very glad to include her in my ongoing series of individuals with naturally curly hair. I will be using very light touch massage and a jade tool to induce relaxation in today's video. I hope you are all able to relax with us ❤️

Matisse and I originally met at a mutual friend's party where I discovered that she bakes the world's best key lime pie 🥧. She is a super talented, multi-faceted person with so many great qualities. I am excited to continue featuring more women (and men) with different hair types, lengths, and textures in my videos - specifically those with curly hair. I'm really grateful Matisse and I were able to collaborate for today's video and hope you are all able to relax with us. ❤️

If you ever come near Kentucky, count me in for a video. I have a lovely spot in my home for videos- so much natural light. I recently painted my room white and nearly everything in it is white with plants and earthy tones & pale pink. I would also love to get coffee or tea. I just think you’re wonderful & we have so much in common ❤️

It s genes and also a healthy diet. I know healthy means many things for many people but for me it means lots of fruit, veggies, healthy fats. Also take care of the liver and dont overdo animal products. As for outer skin care, natural oils I guess. Find out what works best for you.

This video is so extra tingly for me; something about Julia's touch and gestures, and Matisse's total immersion in the experience. I also love the models with shorter hair or hair pulled back so the shoulder and face massage is more palpable. Anyway, it's my nightly go-to now and never fails to create super tingles and relaxation.

Thank you Julia, you got me my first few hours of sleep since a few days. My wife and I managed for the first time in a few years to spend the holidays together and with our two rescue cats. Great joy followed by greater grief as the youngest of our cats was killed a few days ago by a speeding car! We were lucky to get her back and to at least know what happened. First could not sleep out of worry than out of grief. Not a good end of 2019. Thank you for the moments of peace your videos provide! 😢

I can relate about my name. It is Siobhan, pronounced shavawn. Growing up, it's hard to be different in any way and my name always singled me out and made me so embarrassed because I was so shy. I would wish I had a different name sometimes. As I grew older I began to appreciate my name. It is an irish name, spelt the true Gaelic way. It makes me appreciate my background and makes me think of my irish grandmother. I now love that I have a unique name( over in canada at least)🤗❤
