It became a light to my soul when I realized that I was nothing without someone and something in my life. Music's always been a part of my life, and Pat Metheny has been the most irresistible influence in my life after the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. I believe that the Holy Trinity brought Pat's music as a breath of fresh air I so desperately needed to breathe in, because I was struggling with severe depression after going through years of physical and emotional abuse for 11 plus years at that time and didn't know how to break through it. His music is still the sound track of my life, and I need to meet him and hope to thank him personally for it.
