  • Welcome back to my channel! In this video I would like to talk to you about an important technique that can help trumpet players play better high notes: "thinking forward."
When playing the trumpet, the correct blowing technique is crucial, especially when it comes to high notes. The concept of "forward thinking" refers to directing the airflow not only upward, but also forward.
By imagining the airflow directed forward, we help keep the airflow compressed and produce a clear, focused sound. This minimizes unwanted flutter or noise and improves control over the sound.
In this video I will explain why "forward thinking" is so important and how it can help you improve your trumpet playing technique. I will also provide some practical tips on how you can incorporate this technique into your exercise routine.
So if you want to take your trumpet playing to the next level, stay tuned and let's talk together about "forward thinking" when playing high notes! Don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss any more tips and tricks, and feel free to leave your questions and comments below. Thank you for watching!
I hope I was able to help you with my thoughts as well as exercises, tips and tricks on this important trumpet topic/video. Here's to good cooperation and always remember: sticking with it is the motto!
See you soon and Ciao!!! Your Nico

Ganz ehrlich Nico.
