@@DropkickNationI think the verdict was a little one sided but I do agree with the verdict overall. Krayt is definitely the most combatively viable of all the sith (even if he isn’t the most powerful)

While the empire has more numbers, they are clearly victims to sith knights, it be like watching tcw 2003 but with sith knights and they'll stomp harder as millions of troopers are force waved and force crushed and could barely scratch any sith, Plus low powered force lightning can 1 shot an ATAT and star destroyer executor.
Then the most busted ability Wyyrloks force illusion. With him affecting sith grunts and saying "You've only seen an iota of the power I pocesses." meaning imagine what his force illusion can do to millions of Imperial legions, insta mindr### to insanity or suicide. Making Wyyrlok beyond busted as an anti bastila or hours sabioath.
As for inquisitors, and secret apprentices, the ones that are gonna survive the longest before dying are Jerec, Starkiller and Lumaya before dying.
The Sith will always be some of the most fascinating villains in all of fiction
Definitely for me they're up there with the Homunculus from Fullmetal Alchemist and Shinobu sensui

I think if you had included the SWTOR Sith alive during this time frame, I think it would have become your longest video ever. As much as I would love to see a power scaling with Lord Scourge and Darth Nyriss, I’m glad you kept everything concise and relevant to the original KOTOR games.
Happy to see someone give Darth Revan a bit lower spot on the power scaling when he was a Sith.
He is still be tremendously powerful but he’d probably be lucky to crack the top 10 most powerful Sith of all time.
Once he is redeemed and regains his past memories he is probably in the top 5 strongest force users of all time both Sith and Jedi alike.

I haven’t played much of SWTOR, I’ve read all the novels in the EU. Is this, what you commented, something from SWTOR?
I think Visas Marr is among the most underrated EU characters ever. Maybe I’m biased (she’s my favorite SW video game character), but I think in terms of story, characterization, and ESPECIALLY performance-Kelly Hu is another underrated legend-she’s one of the absolute best the franchise has to offer.

Star Forge Bastila stated that she was more powerful than all but the most powerful Jedi Masters, putting Vrook above her. And Traya ragdolled him and two others. Yikes.
To add to Meetra's evaluation of Revan's power, there's a statement about Revan actively hiding his power from Meetra during the Mandalorian Wars. She never saw him performing at his full capacity, yet she still considered him the strongest person she ever knew.
Revan's victory over Mandalore the Ultimate is more impressive than one might think. By the time of The Old Republic, Ultimate is the most revered Mandalore ever, putting him above Mandalore the Indomitable. And in the Tales of the Jedi depiction of the fight between Indomitable and Ulic Qel Droma, Indomitable's combat prowess is stated to possibly eclipse Ulic's mastery of the Force. And while Ulic ultimately won, he kinda cheated. In fact, Indomitable is the only one of the two to land a single, clear hit in the entire fight. This would put Mandalorian Wars Revan around, if not outright above, Sith Ulic who, while weaker, is comparable to Exar Kun.
I'll have to disagree with you on Spirit Kun being his prime. Tom Veitch (may he rest in peace) confirmed via an email that Kun was weaker as a spirit. There's also plenty of statements supporting that.
Overall, a very good video. Kinda predictable, but still very enjoyable.

Just going for bastila comment are we going to believe word of mouth of a fallen jedi saying they stronger without them actually performing the act. Kotor alway portrayed themselves as stronger in the dark side but we dont have a good comparison but she goes against revan

@@alsimmonshellspawn6021 They were close at the time of Ulic's duel with Mandalore. Naturally, Kun became stronger after that.

I always viewed KOTOR 1 sith as having more raw power and the KOTOR 2 sith as weaker but have some unique trait that keeps them in the running.

Holy crap, a video fairly scaling Nihilus in the lore, and not wanking him. If you want to downplay him more, talk about how the Ravager was in orbit in the complete encyclopedia, and not in a Gravity well like older sources say.
Also talk about how the Ravager itself is one big Darkside Nexus connected to Malachor, amping his power according to the Prima Guide.

I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of Revan fan boys suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.
I'm so glad to see where you placed Malak. He's too often overlooked.
Great video, Evan. I'd like to point out one thing, though - From what I understand, it's canon that Revan took an hour/hours to fight through the Star Forge before he confronted Bastila. He then had to fight his future wife three times without dying AND without killing her before she opened her eyes. Only then does he face off against Malak. Basically, Revan was coming into that battle physically, mentally, and "energy wise" weakened while Malak was fresh as a daisy.

This will be fun since we get to talk about the hax of the likes of traya, Nihilus, Star Forge Malak, and Sion.
Im pretty sure Sion is confirmed that he can regenerate missing limbs and might even be able to regenerate from being cut into pieces.
Outside of convincing him to let go of hatred, then the only other options I see is removing his ability to use the force via Midi Cholorian Manipulation or Sever Force. Sion depends on the force to keep himself alive after all.
Also I think Traya's rematch over Sion was due to amping herself with the Academy and prep time. Traya is terrifying with prep.
32:20 Cool to see that source and kind of surprised that Chris stated Nihilus was less powerful than Naga Sadow. Its def true there is more than Raw Power. But Nihilus is pure hax who punches above his weight class.
36:33 I get the logic but I personally dont see Darth Revan being more powerful than amulet amped peak Exar Kun in terms of force power. Exar Kun was confirmed more powerful than the other jedi of Tales. Which includes Thon who could manipulate the live wiping energy of Ambria, and killed Odan Urr who is directly compared to Yoda. I def agree in terms of base power.
37:05 That is def a hot take. I believe there are sources that indicate Spirit Kun was weaker than when he was alive.
41:00 Also Malak is confirmed to be able to use Sith Sorcery and Alchemy. Pretty impressive given the difficulty and innate talent required to use it. Though Malak has never shown combative sorcery.

Nihilus is tricky to rank since the longer he exists and the more he feeds, the stronger he gets and the more ravenous his hunger becomes. There was a point where Kreia said that if he isn't stopped soon, his power would grow beyond what even a wound in the force like the Exile could hope to nullify. It makes me wonder how strong Nihilus would've grown if he'd actually beaten the exile and went on to devour the entire galaxy along with the remaining Sith and Jedi. That hypothetical Nihilus could've easily breached S tier. Though I certainly get why he's only top of A tier since its based on what we saw of him.
The only other area I think Nihilus is more talented than people realize is his force telekinesis. He didn't just yank an entire fleet of ruined ships from the gravity well of Malachor, but its his power that effectively not only helps hold the Ravager together, but also powers it as well as sustains the lives of his zombie crew, and he was doing all that while devouring world and also while fighting The Exile. Those are some pretty impressive skills. Still, those are his only two real talents (Well he's decent with force lightning, but so are most Sith) in all other areas he's pretty average. Thoough he doesn't need to be a good duelist when he doesn't even have a physical body anymore given how his spirit is in his mask.

Amazing work on the video Evan💯 About the subject of nihilus: ingame, isnt it also stated that even after he failed draining surik, visas marr says he’s to powerful. Then you sever nihilus and marr’s force bond and only then are you able to defeat him. Would love to hear ur thoughts on the matter🙏🏼

I will argue he was even more powerful than vitiate as the source said exar kun the most powerful and dangerous sith lord near 4000 years before the birth of luke Skywalker, exar kun possessed the rare ability of knowledge absortion which everytime he defeated a force user he will absord their knowledge and mystical power growing stronger also he collected many holocroms scrolls jedi scrolls lightsabers he also possessed the most powerful sith holocrom in the mythos the dark holocrom which had over 100,000 years of sith magic archemy rituals lightsaber skills ect exar kun absorbed all it knowledge before destroying it which made by the lore quote it made him "super powerful" he was also blessed by the ultimate sith king marka ragnos his spiritual power he absorbed freedon nadd knowledge which had also naga sadow knowledge who was one of the powerful sith lord ever a star booster one of the greatest sorcerer to ever lived freedon nadd surpassed naga sadow than grew much stronger in 100 years exar kun surpassed naga sadow than absorbed his spirit also the source make it to believe that even though the ritual made him extremely powerful before the jedi created the wall of light on yavin4, that he was going to become far more than he was as spirit without corporeal body, Tom veich also confirmed that exar kun was far more powerful In one of his twitt in 2020 before he passed away, he was also a greater sorcerer than naga sadow and freedon nadd both which dark plagueis said were better than him at sorcery in my opinion exar kun should be at least in anybody top 3 most powerful sith lords list. Since none of these characters weren't featured in your *'Ten characters that can't be used in the Versus Series'* video, could you please do Ben Skywalker vs Anakin Solo, Vestara Khai vs Darth Zannah, Revan vs Darth Nihl, Sarasu Taalon vs Darth Talon, Satele Shan vs Shaak Ti, and Kyp Durron vs Ulic Qel-Droma in Versus Series - Season Eight?
Last time I checked any Star Wars lore might be near a decade ago but my old understanding of Nihilus is that he was only beaten because The Exile is well… a plot device, who was not only immune but also weakened him (and STILL needed to be saved), that on top of some plot convenient weakening because of some dumb very specific bond that was broken with an apprentice who’s whole existence is a plot hole, on top of pre existing hunger, impossible luck and favorable circumstances and team work. So for the writer to find a way to beat him, they needed to triple weaken him (2 of them are just PIS), have someone be immune (which is just impossibly unlikely anyone is), then both Plot bull shit characters (the only 2 in existence he considered a threat) finding each other in life, deciding they will work together, and then execute their bull shit powers in perfect harmony with circumstances falling in their favor and nothing going wrong. And then they STILL almost died.
I’m genuinely interested on how we have such different interpretations? As you word it any powerful force wielder can just resist and he dies. Which from what I understand ignores like 99% of what contributed to his downfall. Again this doesn’t address the plane scaling you mentioned that put malak above him. I’m not trying to argue against your opinion here, just trying to understand. Nihilus is a very confusing character to me.
His feats of how he tore his ship from the mass shadows of Malachor, along with his fleet and holds it together. How his power is felt by non-Force-sensitives across the galaxy. How his mere presence killed most people and if they didn’t die they fell into mindless devotion. The power of his mere voice and how a mere thought could draw him. It all sounds so much more powerful than what I remember of malak. Maybe I’m too easily swayed by fancy words and descriptions.

1. Revan
2. Nihilus
3. Sion
4. Traya
5. Malak
6. Bandon
I severely underestimated Malak and forgot about Traya dunking on Sion.
Well I would describe Nihilus (prime or otherwise) as pretty much a glass canon. What I mean is he literally is enslaved to Force Drain so if he had succeeded in literally draining everything then eventually he would be history as well

I thought KOTOR 1’s canon was dark side. Bastilla went dark side, the republic was only saved by Revan leaving known space.

I would love to see the strongest Sith in the SWTOR timeline, so much to pick.
I disagree with Nihilus being a mere A tier (maybe low S tier), given things like speaking killing an entire world, and being able to do things like hurling an entire warship out of the crushing gravitational grip of Malachor via TK. YES, his weakness can make him fold if exploited, but he has some of the best feats around, especially since they are BY his own abilities, whereas the ancient Sith whose feats comparatively rely on artifacts and rituals. Yes, there are those statements that say otherwise, but in that case I think they should have written the lore for Nihilus to not have such impressive feats then.
You know I really was ready to complain about how Nihilus should've been higher ( which I will do a bit ), but after finishing the video I'll have to admit that even as a total Nihilus fanboy, the A tier placement is quite fair. Scaling people with hax is quite hard and in my heart he's still an S, because in no world can I accept that Malak is stronger than him, but your scaling was very well substantiated. Very nice video all around.

It’s interesting you say Kun’s sith spirit is so absurdly powerful considering that they mention how strong he is in the Jedi academy trilogy and I, Jedi but they also show how weak he is. How simply manifesting a physical spirit for others to look at drained him to the point he couldn’t do it again for days. How he was finally defeated by a handful of novice Jedi put their strength together and obliterated him. He could use animals and creatures to attack Luke and could influence Streen to do the same, but couldn’t do it himself. Yes he did sever Luke’s spirit from his body but I think it’s made clear he could only do that with Kyp’s help because being a spirit made him so weak. Luke says how powerful Kun is but mentions he isn’t as strong as he could’ve been previously.
