Hi Coach Justin! First off, thank you for all your videos! I’m a coach for 8U in pony league and I have kids who step away from catching the ball. Their scared of catching and hitting but since it’s machine pitch I’m able to keep them in the box. Do you have any advise to help me with their fear of catching the ball? Thx so much!!!

Hey Coach, what would you do if your highschool coach called you into his office and told you that you can either quit or be his assistant for your senior season. That's the situation for me right now. I love baseball and I have worked my butt off to be where I am, and yet he told me that there is nothing I can do the rest of this season into this summer to improve and get on varsity.
