My first hat was more of a preemie size, so I tried the 3-6 month pattern and added several more rows of the 4DC rounds to get a newborn size. I love the end result. Easy to follow and a great tutorial.

anyone having trouble with the 5th row, work 4 dc then the 5th dc front post dc around the previous angled one in the row below, then the part i was having trouble with, skip the stitch of the top of the angled dc you just put your stitch around. do not count that one as a stitch. then it will line up correctly for you.so basically dc 4 then do the front post one, skip the top of the angled (5th) stitch. then dc 4 again repeat, i hope this makes sense.

I love this pattern. As you can use it for anything. Blankets sweaters etc. Excluding the decreases as used for the hats. Well understood very thorough.

This is a beautiful stitch pattern. Thank you for showing the correct way to change colors as well. Can you put a link where to buy that chain counter you had on your crochet hook. This is a pretty hat. However it would be nice for you to have the sizes and rows for each size in the beginning of the video so that I would not have had to tear out three rows of work I had already done. A written pattern in the comments would have been appreciated. Having you answer all the questions would be nice too, or go back and redo the video so it is more clear step by step.
