How Motorcycles Are Helping Humanity | A PRACTICAL Solution To Pollution & Climate Change!

- Welcome to our video reviewing the manifesto of the British Motorcyclists Federation, and how they think motorcycles can be a practical solution to many issues plaguing modern society, including congestion and emissions! This is perhaps the most positive message about the virtues of motorcycles I've ever seen, and it should be shared as widely as possible! Hopefully this will also help with peoples fears surrounding bikes, and give the general public a more positive view of bikers and motorcycles!

Mad that just after watching this today, I saw you riding past in Churchdown 🤯
I live down the road from you i was going to come and have a chat about bike licences ect as i currently haven't a clue where to start i decided to get a quad bike as gives you almost same feeling ect but can ride on a car licence so got best of both worlds now i put a 600cc engine in it from a bandit
Its fun even if you dont or cant filter
Government has just shut down the petition there not suprising
Bikes pollute way more than cars alot I thought per unit.
In Tawain and stuff they're moving towards electric Scooters now.
Have battery swap stations.
Im doing my das course curretly. But i was flabbergasted by the fact that you have to do a mod 1 and 2 for the a2 licence then you have to do the exact same exams again to gain the full access when you are eligible. Its just a money grab. The procces is so complicated and takes so much time and money. Its a massive put off for alot of people expecially those that dont have alot of jingle in their pockets.
Also they are adding a theory test with the cbt too
@steve00alt70 personally I'm not apposed to that as long as the CBT is permanent until you decide to upgrade the license. When I did my CBT I was shocked at the road knowledge and pure ignorance regarding the highway code from a fair few of the learners.
Great Vid, But as a Rider from across the pond..... Your MC licencing is freaking archaic to say the least. and your politicians trying to figure this Carbon-neutral stuff are a bunch of tossers. Firstly, If you can handle a 250 cc, what's the deal with such person upping to a litre bike or say a Triumph Rocket 3, and then they need to retest ??? Bullocks !! . Secondly, ... Reducing the speed limits to 20 K in metro areas isn't going to solve anything, ... It is going to increase travel times due to traffic congestion, increased vehicular idling-times and mess up peoples travel schedules to and from work. Again their thinking is Bullocks. As for the cagers, ... give them monetary incentives on their insurance premiums to get them to down-grade from say a "land-yacht" vehicle to a sub compact.... and as for dual fuel.... the only way for that to realize itself is for vehicles with Battery powered systems is to have an internal 2 Cylinder engine that is gas operated, that will cut-in when the battery bank needs a recharge, or the electric motor needs extra " oommph " when climbing a hill on the highway, etc.
From what you've said..... I'd say your parliamentary electorates need to take an IQ test before even being considered for election to the house.
