Beautiful dog and beautiful pictures! I lost my lab last year, so I know the pain and sorrow. I will always remember her with fondness and love. They are special. You gave your dog an excellent life.
The Langhe has got really crazy. Very wealthy Americans have been snapping up wineries and that's sent prices spiralling. And Serralunga is incredible, my favourite of the Barolo towns. Thanks for Skye! Such a massive loss... Thanks!
Thank you!! Ah ok, purely for the reason it's far from where I live I don't go there often or know it well but I know it's good. Serravalle is well known for the shopping outlet so is good for a rental businesses. People come from all over to visit it. Gavi is famous for its wines. I think it's a good area. Let me know how you get on.
I’m so sorry about Skye. Sending you some heartfelt virtual hugs. Can you tell me if the house will require renovations? Will the city / state require it? It looks beautiful and habitable as it is.
Thank you! We miss him every day... Yes, the house needs a bit of work but it's not a big house. The city doesn't require it. Let me know if you need anything else..! Thanks again!!
This apartment needs a head to toe re-do. Add another 100k to it. Where that plaster is falling away upstairs looks like just the start. Allreciate the tour though. The region looks amazing...
So hard to find anything in these towns now. Step outside of Barolo and it's lot better value for money, but not in Barolo.. It's really not too bad. It does need some work though, for sure.
Shift it to the Alta Langa where no one lives and no one wants to live or visit and 50k would be spot on. It's in one of the most important wine towns and it's just beautiful. The price is negotiable, of course. I appreciate your opinion..!!
@@langheproperty People are all the same, everytime and everywhere. Ya know, I grew up in a "better" part of Hamburg, I worked in NY, I lived in the Sahara in a monastery of worker priests an now I live at a beautiful lake in eastern Germany - people are the same everywhere. It's just too hard to live in Italy because of the heat and narrow-mindedness. Maybe once it will be fun with all the American house buyers, but who wants to live in a parallel society?
@@Tnecniv12321 Why? It seems that they are living in a land of dreams an phantasy, so maybe it's better when Santa Claus is telling them that its a joke to want that money for this lousy and suicidal place. Ok?
Hard to believe that Italy is running out of stock .... now these small, poorly laid out, nothing special units w/o a decent view or space............ are what's left? No way - maybe in a decade. Gotta work harder, sir.
Well, it's one of the most important wine towns in the world and there's a huge demand. Sure, you can buy something better for less just 25 mins away. No one is forcing anyone.

So sorry and thank you! We had a short time with him but every day was great and he was given and gave so much love.
Nice place but pretty expensive
I agree. The owners wanted to try... it's the Barolo area so everyone does but they will listen to offers.
So very sorry for your loss. Lovely tribute.
Thank you!!
Oh, so sorry for your loss, your pup looked like a lover. That little house could be a gem in a lovely town. ❤
Thank you!!! It's been a massive loss. Appreciate it!!
That is a gem!
That looks like a wonderful piece to transform into an Air BnB...excellent location. Thanks for sharing about Skye 💔😢

Thank you!!!
Sorry for your loss!
Thank you!!
Really enjoy watching your videos! Very nice area. What do you think about the area around Gavi, Serravale?

Brotherly love from Australia...
Did I miss the price of this property?
Sorry to hear about your dog. It's a family member loss 😢
Thank you!!
Where is the link to the property?
Sorry! Working on it!!
Sorry to hear about the cane.
Thank you!!
That's worth 50.000 at the most

Very high priced…
Yes, it is. All the Barolo towns are expensive now and this one.. the price is negotiable ;-)
Hohoho! 165.000€ for this lousy small place??? Hohoho!
Yep! That's the Barolo area now. Not cheap. But the price is negotiable ;-) Buy something 30 mins away for 40k but it's not in Serralunga.

I agree. I couldn't live in a house like that. It's got absolutely nothing going for it. Being in a desirable area wouldn't compensate.
