I am looking for small house with garden on the outskirts of a town, with in walking or an easy bike ride. With just enough property to have a small veggie garden and pool with sunset views. I like this house and the overall situation. But the price point is more in the range of something I would chose to move there permanently rather than visit. I want to say this, I have not found many RUclips real estate presenters in the north of Italy... That being said we are looking for a lower cost, but usable house for initial shorter term stay with long term or permanent stays in the future. I would love to ask if you could present more properties $250K and below. The lower price points just makes more sense for us, and we do like your presentation style. Any help would be great.
