Do the plans of the house exist with all the changes, and without them, how do you locate anything. Its remote and doubtful anyone in the villiage would work there as the workforce now have new state standards for hiring a property manager, and servants, their wages, taxe, health care IDK, all that stuff and it becomes an operation to have skilled labor around. My neighbour told me that the Alps look different every day (I can confirm that for the weeks I stayed there). And she lives there for 40 years. This luxury villa you offer is the best (architecture, quality, location history) I have ever seen on your channel and on idealista! You could live there and just watch and enjoy the views! But there is so much more to see and discover in Piedmonte; as you say there is enough for a lifetime. The landscape is marvellous, gelato and food and wine is great and affordable, there is history and culture in this region ... and so much more to mention. The people are very friendly. Here, in the U.S. we see this with Biden and Harris,....the voices are too loud, they have "Voice pressure" that gives away their lies, their arm and hand gestures are too extreme, etc. The "Dramatacism" is out of a "1970's Used Car Commercial". :) The "Truth" never needs "embellishment". Your voice is firm and controlled, as one who tells the truth. Think of a Law Professor who is serious, has no time to waste and provides students with an entire presentation...in an hour or less. And....they trust him. :) All ethical business is conducted is such a manner. We are probably going to Monaco again in the Spring. Where you are is about four hours away by car. I think this area north of Asti is very special. In the future prices will be a lot higher. I saw a most gorgeous townhouse yesterday, one of the best I've seen, fully restored and less than €500k. No, you didn't see the entire land. The drone video shows most of it but you really need to come and see it. It would have been a challenge to watch all of the grass and tress. Thanks!!
