The video was too fast, with no time to appreciate the individual rooms, and I didn’t see the kitchen at all?! I think it’s probably a fantastic villa but deserves a longer video
They don't want you to focus on the wear and tear of the place. The video made me dizzy, felt nauseous. It definitely needs a new roof and it is sooo hard to get contractors in Italy.

Living there would be great for about a week. Then you would realise it's just a pain to have somewhere that big that requires constant attention.
