@@gailainsley6939The point of the case is to determine if it was defamation, which is not free speech. If they did call him a murderer, and if its true that he is one, why didn't they report it to the police? I would think thats aiding and abetting a crime for not reporting the evidence to the police. If its not true, then its defamation and not free speech. I don't think him saying those awful things is good if he did say such awful things. However, to be accused of being a murderer by multiple people with no evidence, or at least not enough for police to investigate, could ruin his reputation; which in turn means at best he can't any jobs and at worst being tried for murder. I'm not taking his side, but I'm not taking the womens' side either.

Most of these women are being sued because they made terribly defamatory statements about him, yet never actually met him. This man only met one of the women for about 15 minutes before he decided he wasn’t interested and left. Some of these women made comments for YEARS. These are cyber bullies/ trolls, who are finally getting comeuppance.
I’m confused about what defamatory statements they said about him? Am I missing something? Talking about how a guy was kind of a douche isn’t what I would consider all that bad, in a private group no less, and it’s obviously true per those screenshots.

I too rejected a woman respectfully and she went on the group and bashed me. Women can't take rejections especally from men.

@@Striker885 im in one of their groups - they are private groups with strict rules including not being allowed to share anything outside of the group (no screenshots etc), no shaming or judging the men discussed for their looks or anything like that, and they warn you not to post anything that isnt true or you could be sued for defamation.
