Yes I came looking for this exact comment or I was going to say it. My grandma started writing like that and it got to the point where she was no longer able to write them out at all. A lot of them are just doing a job. Their primary role is to answer the phone then they pass you on to a "Technician that can help you more better". That's why there is normally multiple people involved in one scam. The person that answers the phone isn't the one that takes the money.

A lot of them are just doing a job. Their primary role is to answer the phone then they pass you on to a "Technician that can help you more better". That's why there is normally multiple people involved in one scam. The person that answers the phone isn't the one that takes the money.
