Just because the neighbor has 20 acres doesn't mean he shouldn't work on the area where the properties meet. Hope the felony charge sticks, or he will follow through with his threats.
Sympathy is sympathy. Either you have it, or you don’t. It isn’t predicated on conditions.
@shanedm3396 - That makes no sense. Of course it could be conditional. If he hadn't threatened to off his neighbor and specifically said if he's going, he's taking the neighbor, I'd feel sympathetic. If someone hurt your family, would you have sympathy for what's going on in that person's life?
@@kellmac seems like you’re looking for any reason to withhold your scarce sympathy. Cancer sucks, so they say, especially when it is happening to you.
@shanedm3396 You're not correct. Sympathy is given to those who deserve it. Yes! Cancer is bad. And so is murder and murderous threats - especially against innocent people. This man deserves no sympathy from anyone. Perhaps some sort of intervention and support - i guess that is somewhat sympathetic, but he needs to be removed from the reach of civilization. Because to openly and very easily to threaten to kill people, means that you shouldn't be allowed to be free in society.

Anyone shocked by this should work as a nurse. I take care of people all the time like this man. They get a diagnosis of a terminal disease. Then suddenly they get angry and want to see the world burn.
So you’re trying to spread the narrative that terminally ill people are deranged and murderous, which in your mind is normal?

This is bonkers! Dealing with crazy neighbors sucks.
Up here in nyc I had one…AN OLDER FEMALE AND SHE ALMOST HAD ME KICKED OUT UNTILL POLICE FINALLY SO THROUGH HER ONE NIGHT…after 6 years it took one night for her to be done
My only advice is BEFORE you buy a house, go around and talk to the neighbors to see how they are and ASK questions about the house you' are about to buy....but in the meantime......pay attention to the neighbors as you talk to them. That's what I did.
@@user-tl7mj2bm4mthats good advice. 👍
Just found out my neighbor has Psychosis. He was trying to break in my home in the middle of the night saying“I was going to die”. And that he was going to “deal with my family because we are vampires sucking his blood.” The cops said since it’s mental health related he wasn’t doing anything criminal.
@@ereniachavez that would terrify me. I'd be out of there.
This suspect is beyond creepy. He’s thought this out obsessively, he will try to murder the other guy before his time is up. How many times did he state it. It’s a vile thing to be a particular age with all that life under your belt and facing the end and hasn’t learned a single thing about the blessing of life amongst so much else.
It proves even in old age he is Lost and doesn't know Jesus 👀 bro going to judgement 💯
First clue: How many times did he ask the officer what his name was? A bit of senility seeping in there..?
That and the fact he is fixated on this ultimate threat of taking his neighbour with him.. RED FLAG!
You could not write a stranger character than this guy. Aggressive, yet soft-spoken and making ironic jokes about how to end the neighbor's life.
Uh THEY WERENT JOKES bro...🙄 They were THREATS....
This guy is making threats in front of the officer. He said in no uncertain terms that he wants his neighbor to die. He's not only physically sick, he's suffering some kind of breakdown. This isn't normal behavior. He and his neighbor may hate each other but he went into the other man's property and assaulted him. I think if he had the ability he really would kill him.
Guys, a punk! He had his chance!
I agree! He is definitely broken and very dangerous!
His neighbour's a nasty POS who has deliberately provoked him for over 20 years, including chainsawing in the middle of the night, right next to his house - when he has terminal cancer to deal with: so, while he's having his few drinks to cope, he realises that neighbor obviously just won't let it go, and intends to hound him, all the way into his grave....
Imagine it's you in that scenario. Puts it in a slightly different light, doesn't it?
Don't rush to judge. These bodycam videos are often only a clue, not the full story.
Noise-cancelling headphones!!
He’s old enough to be a veteran. Maybe that’s an issue
This dude sounds like someone who was already unsatisfied with how his life turned out and when he got the news about the cancer it only increased his already existing jelously and hatred for his neighbor. He keeps talking about his neighbors land, how he has kids and grandchildren but he himself doesnt. No pity at all for the man regardless if he has cancer or not.
Envy is dangerous.
I think his point was that he had 18 acres and didn't have to work where he was working at that time. Whatever he was doing.
@@GabrielNichoThe older guy sounds like an agitator and instigator.
@@GabrielNichoBut he has every right to be working there. That doesn't give cancer guy license to go and attack his neighbor.

This is the type of person that scares the crap out of me most. Soft spoken , polite , seems like a nice Grandfather type all while having these thoughts under the surface. Time to start checking the crawl spaces and digging up the lawn
This guy is dangerous. The other guy probably doesn't give much thought to the man with cancer but the man with cancer is fixated on the older man and possibly his family. Who "hopes in [their] heart" that they outlive someone like that? And his family, too? It's a waste of time to hate people and he may not have that much time left. i'd never spend 20 years of my life expending that kind of negative energy hating someone who hadn't seriously physically harmed a loved one. If it really was as bad as he is trying to claim, i would have sold my property and moved elsewhere years ago. Something is going to have to be done with that man.

Nah the officer held this investigation to a tee. When an officer is questioning two parties, he needs to come into the second party with a completely empty plate. If he comes in immediately with the understanding that everything the first person said as TRUE, then that would be confirmation bias. Not a way to investigate.
I've read about this before. People finding out they're terminal snapping and enacting a perceived sense of revenge on those who they feel aren't appreciating or deserving of the remaining years the perpetrator does not have left. It's the ultimate form of "Taking your ball and going home". Sick and sadistic fvcks.
Omg. This man has absolutely snapped. I feel bad for anyone who gets diagnosed with cancer, but I don’t feel sorry for anyone who behaves this way and talks about wanting people to die. A very close friend of mine died after being diagnosed with both prostate and pancreatic cancers. Not ONCE during the rest of his life after being diagnosed did he get angry with other people or make threats toward anyone. Watching him die was the saddest thing I have ever witnessed. Even with two terminal cancer diagnosises, he continued to maintain his composure and behave as a good and decent member of society. I suspect this man here has a history of violent thoughts and actions that occurred long before he received his diagnosis. He is extremely dangerous.

If someone doesn't like the sounds of chainsaws, tractors, livestock, etc. , they should move somewhere else. This guy is a menace, period. Zero sympathy for him.
Rural areas are uncivilized
Exactly. If ya can't stand the rural life, move.
This is clearly an ongoing dispute. While I can't justify what the guy did, cutting wood with a chainsaw right next to your property line when you have almost 20 acres doesn't make a lot of sense. He very well may have been trying to annoy his neighbor. Just because it's "legal" doesn't mean it's socially acceptable. Just like when people intentionally keep hogs right on their property line to try to drive their neighbors out. It happens more than you probably think.
@@Rust_Rust_RustWhy? It beats the crime ridden city any day of the week.
@@jazzfeline5970 well if he’s cutting wood for his wood pile and the wood pile is near the house and the houses are fairly close together, as it seems these are, then why shouldn’t he be cutting there? He didn’t say he was cutting down trees, just cutting up firewood. A lot of people get truck loads of logs delivered to cut for firewood and it would have been unloaded near the wood pile to be cut up. This guy should not be living in a country setting if rural living activities bother him. If you move next to a farm expect farm noises and smells. If you don’t like those things you need to live somewhere else, not try to kill your neighbor because that’s what they already had there.
“We’re veering off that path again” should be the title of this episode 😉
When he openly says he will probably kill his neighbor when released he should be held without bail.
Well, this man is definitely in need of help. He is calm but direct with death threats.
I TRULY hope they dont allow this guy back in his house.
Running his chainsaw "In the middle of the night, right before dark" 😂
This bad neighbor is truly severely mentally insane, with a creepy calm outward demeanor. Very, very unsettling. Asylum anywhere near?! So what if he has cancer, that is NO excuse for allowing this neighbor to assault innocent neighbor and his family. Please put him away, he is a menace and very dangerous to these poor people. What will it be next, HAMMER ATTACK ON NEIGHBORS HEAD, AND GRANDKIDS?! 😮😢😢😢
This guy is nuts holy crap, look at the mood shifts and how rapid they are, rambling about death, and laughing so much for no reason?? This is wild behaviour id be horrified of this guy
He’s obviously going through an existential life crisis right now. He’s not in the right state of mind but that never should have provoked attacking ur neighbor?
He truly sounds like he’s been drinking. I don’t know if they’re going to check him on that, but he slurred his words a few times I believe he is drunk and I believe it needs to be checked but obviously they’re deafly was no crime committed as we all see it just because you flip somebody off does it mean that you get arrested totally wrong
Oh my God, he keeps telling her to go away because he’s done with her. This is like the worst trash, police officer. I hope he has children and a wife because when they see this video, the wife and the kids are gonna hate him if that was my father and I was 10 years old, I would be disgraced and never ever go back to school. This is truly you’re an officer, disrespectful and hateful towards anyone. He thinks that he’s got so much power because he’s a police officer, but why he needs to realize is that people stand up for their rights maybe in the neighborhood that he works in they don’t stand up for their rights but maybe he got reassigned To a new neighborhood and he starting to get the reality of life
@@Irsauditor4320but he admitted he struck him 3 to four times
@@Irsauditor4320what are you even talking about
This guy just talked his way into jail for a very long time. Will most likely die in jail. So sad.
I've never been so happy someone didn't father children until now.
The guy is probably delusional, thinking the world is out to get him. I hope the other man and his family are safe from this guy.
It’s actually this hitting older people guy that the kind of guy who is out to get others litterly. And it goes mutch futher with this guy. He seems vengeful and hateful. He could very well end up hurtif he’s faced with the wrong individuals he needs protection from this person a restrain order could help him allot I believe. Fore his own protection from this crazy man.
Greg is very, very dangerous. That poor victim.
Narcissists and Psychopaths are typically very charming. This is terrifying to listen to. 😳
Poor anyone forced to listen to this insane man's ramblings. Very disciplined officer who seems well trained and executes properly. Well done
Scary when someone believes they’ve got nothing left to lose
Gotta respect honesty, even though it doesn't pay.
rESPECT...wtf....
Truth comes out when your drunk.
Never respect this guy.
This guy needs the book thrown at him. What a whiner! If I was his wife, I would be at Cedar Point too.
Being drunk is not an excuse to kill somone .omg wtf is wrong with some people. My heart breaks for the victims family 💔
Narcissist do a great job of pretending to be human.
"...we're both going to go up there.." Book'em, Danno!
This guy is unbelievable 🤦♀️
