Do you mean you would take the Alilaguna vaporetto to the main island and then the water taxi from there to your hotel because the vaporetto doesn't get you close enough? I need more information to properly answer, but in general, it costs roughly 60 to 80 euro for a water taxi when you travel within Venice itself on a water taxi.

That's a rough number. It depends on where your hotel is. Is your hotel in the lagoon or on the island itself?
