How long is that one plus phone supported for? OS updates?
4+1. Which, according to stats, is the average upgrade cycle of consumers.
Can we use it without screen protector?
YES...super durable screen...mulitple times tougher than my s23 ultra screen in terms of scratch resistant
@@marvinmadjos3194 thank you 👍
Who is watching on galaxy s24 ultra?❤
I just got mine yesterday
My Pixel 7 Pro got Stolen, I got the S24 Ultra as a replacement because I rock the Galaxy Tab S9+..
Whats the name of the game controller used?
All I know is if the 25U doesn't have charging faster than 45w or at least 16gb of ram no point for anyone to get it. Just get the 24U you'll still have a beast of a phone that will still get 6 years of updates for a phone that will cost $300 less
It’s an awesome phone but just too damn big, especially with those sharp corners
Best phone. Try to use twice iphone, but back to ultras.
How on earth do you get an estimated 4 days and 4 hours of battery life???
phone was probably turned off for a couple of days
😂😂@@meatdepartment8901
for me the battry lasts not even 1 full day😂
He must be a light user, 1-2 hours SOT a day.
@@maschseebastian I got 17 hours of battery and 7 hours screen on time with 8% left on my s24+ 2 days ago.
2:03 what's the name of this football game ?
Not to advertise the phone in question, but circle to search says EA FC Mobile.
9to5 Google reviewing a Samsung device means the phone is just too good 👍
S24 Ultra has everything but I just think it's a lil too big. The S-pen can be useful for signing documents but I honestly don't use it that often. I opted for the S23 plus cuz it feels really good in the hands and everything is also very good.
I have had Ultra for years and never used the S-pen. I am sure some people live and die by it, but I would not miss it. If the S-Plus model ever gets 5X zoom and no Exynos, I would choose that in a heartbeat.
S24 ultra was the first android phone i've ever owned, loving it so far!
I dunno abt the rectangular look, Iam not sure if I will get used to that
Bought my new s24 Ultra 2 days ago .. beast in a word
Has the GPS issue been resolved on the latest galaxy s24 ultra ?
What GPS issues?
I was disappointed going from the note 20 ultra to the s23 ultra. The s23 is a brick compared to the note. Will we ever get thin flagship phones again?
I don't get it. I own the Note 20 Ultra and held the S23 Ultra in hand before. It's not that big of a difference. It is about 30g heavier
@@Jry088 maybe it's the shape. It's a bit thicker and a little heavier. I noticed the difference immediately.
@@ivan-j4l9x it is thicker because also it has more battery.
People should really stop harping on about small phones. They're mostly dead because customers have decided so. People like big phones period.
Big screen thin phone 🎉
After one ui 6 and onward.
I havent been able tk disable the galaxy store notifications.
And for a 1350 USD phone. It feels really shitty on my s23 ultra to have to clear those ads on my s23 ultra.
If someone knows how to override it id appreciate it.
Can you go into the apps notification categories and turn them off there? I don't get any notifications, like ever from that app.
@@iLuseMy1v1s When i do its greyed out.
I can disable them on the lock screen and home screen but i will get them on the notif shade regardless appearantly. Did not have this issue pre One Ui 6
@@spikeimperial That's really strange. Maybe look into the communication preferences and see.i can't remember the last time I got notifications from the galaxy store.
@@iLuseMy1v1s ill triple check that to make sure. appreciate the replies
@@iLuseMy1v1s important updates is the only thing i cant disable after googling what you said :( lets hope it helps doe
I can’t wait upgraded today its being mailed to me by Wednesday watch this video can’t wait to play with it
Watching on my Note 20Ultra and debating upgrading to the 24Ultra when it goes on discount. Will be hard letting go the Note 20 though smh
I regret selling it. Samsung has matured hardware/software wise and the experience is awesome.
the Ultra line is just too large of a device; not to mention the full rectangular frame. the in hand feel is ridiculous. Samsung offers awesome hardware but software will always be a crux imo.
i don’t see many people complaining about iphone promax size . Majority of Consumer don’t really care about the ridiculous size of larger smartphones. They are hook to their smartphones.
@@zaf2643 I find the PM line even more egregious in size. I think folks are losing the m/o of a mobile device... portability
guys pleek help meeee! should i get the S24 ultra or the google pixel 9 pro XL..... pleeekkkk
S24 ultra!!!!!!!!!!
Ps..look up Chuck missler
the Pixel 9 has a disappointing chip inside the phone, making it not worth your time and money. S24 is definitely the way to go!
So what is the best android phone in your opinion ?
seriously and why?
He said oneplus 12 in the video
@@paololololol I missed that . I've never had a one plus phone maybe it's time to try one out .
I dont remember Samsung making much noise about titanium
Just wanted to ask whether i should buy a s23 ultra or a s24 ultra now!!
Cameras on the S24Ultra are underwhelming! Just overhyped!
They are solid but not as dreamy as fans claim. Still, I would prefer some Chinese camera phones.
Extra thumbs up for the staffie! 👍
Hmm I'm temped to get the S24U instead of the ZF6 for my next phone.
I have the s22 ultra and I use the 10x zoom a lot!
I've heard the S24U has touch sensitivity issue?
Somehow at this point 2:04 it does looks like a mini TV 😅
Galaxy Knight's? Stand-up an rejoice
Accidently ran over my s24 ultra with a 4000lbs car it survived only the backglass cracked
Pixel 9, because of the software!!
Google's software sucks the graphene OS rom is the only point u can make for the pixel
Pixel UI is crap. Been using an 8 Pro since release and it’s so bare bones and ugly.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is most definitely the best smartphone ever made. Anyone who disagrees is crazy.
Ya, wheb I used without screen protector, the screen takes a lot of smudges snd fingerprints.
Samsung-Log
Just no! HDR10+ (Samsung) is already a 1/4 heartedly supported standard.
They'd seriously be better off just dropping out and just getting sensors backends and Logs from Sony or one of these other actual imaging industry veterans instead of trying to push something else that's guaranteed to get the cold shoulder.
Samsung S24U is really great, but come on Samsung, just 12 GB of RAM, 45 Watts, and so on and so forth? Improve the specs!
Yes, only the 2024 Android flagship has 12GB RAM. Of course, being a techie is something I care about, especially as 12GB in tests cannot even beat 8GB iPhones in RAM management. Still, creators will never mention something as important as that for a device supported for 7 years. Rumour is that the base S25U also has 12GB; you must buy 1TB to get 16 GB.
Still on my s22 ultra.
barely anything changed it's still e-waste
No reviewer ever takes action photos to demonstrate the camera ability handling motion blur?
S24 ultra is the best by a long shot ... Others are good at one but bad at others , samsung s 25 ultra is awsome in every domain.
I always feel not good about updating software of Samsung
S24ultra anti reflective coating is boss
Google should just hand over Android development to Samsung.
5:43 Where is this chapel?
I really don't understand why all reviewers don't talk about s24 ultra camera !
It is bad it is the worst compared to any flagship in the market specially in very lowlight conditions.
I saw the reviews and thought maybe my s24 ultra has some problems but my brother got one too and it is bad .
Try lowlight photos and videos it's like A 200$ phone .
If Samsung could get their animations together just like iOS it would be better to use. All the time there’s white or black blinking when going back to an app or having the app icon going gigantic just because when the app is still in the background and it opens where you left it
That's a no, i prefer the faster animations. Also, no blinking on my phone... Not sure what you are talking about with that one.
@@iLuseMy1v1s whenever you go to an app that was running in the background and you opened hours ago, there's always a white blink, the phone doesn't completely reload the app from scratch but there's always this white blink that no other phone has, don't lie about it, you can clearly see it on every review video out there
@@levipb1403 i have never seen a white blink. I don't close my apps or restart my phone very often. No clue what you are talking about.
What about shutter lag and motion blur?
Still there and still and issue. Post processing is also poor.
Samsung knights will never speak about that.
Yea you can fix that in the settings
The cameras are the worst of any 2024 flagship.
I luv my 24 ultra
Swiping in the apps on iphone smoother
🔴 No
There's a noticeable difference between the two phones in the design
Timestamps for spen and fingerprint need to be switched around
All things considered.... the S24 Ultra is still the Android phone to beat (IMO).
Don't feel bad about not using the S pen I have yet to use mine either..lol
Still come with so much bloatware?
You can disable/uninstall everything you don't like. Actually one UI is way more polished than before.
@@vladophilip I switched to Pixel, because I couldn't get rid of all the bloatware that came with it. Could disable, but it still remained. 😞
Hey OreoDave, I've been using Nexus and Pixel phones for a while now. The Pixel's Android operating system is top-notch, but the Tensor chip is a bit of a letdown. I'm not sure about the Pixel 9, but the 6, 7, and 8 models have been a bit disappointing.
Nah... there are some things you can only disable, not uninstall, but bloatware is barely a thing in this phone.
@@Delicate141 Literally everything can be uninstalled.
Where Apple and Samsung falter
Is thinking they can produce a flagship
WITHOUT
a
1" sensor !
Not the best price for sure
The camera is slow & produces blurry photos.
I'll wait for the s25 ultra looool
No u won't you'll get this 24 😡
Year out of your mind the pixel 9 pro XL display. Is much better looking visually
