By the time they got to this track, they had been playing for two and a half hours. And IF that solo had been 20 times longer, nobody would have cared. I was at that concert - and the two before it.
I've watched so many first time Pink Floyd reactions and a majority end up in emotional tears which is the best possible outcome... you need to stick with the Pulse Tour, so many songs for you to do... High Hopes, Turning Away & Run Like Hell for starters... U saw 2 shoes from this tour back in '94
Never been here before. Great job. Kudos for: Using the remastered HD version, NOT sipping water during the reaction (one of my pet peeves with reactors) and feeling the emotion pouring out of his soul through the guitar to your soul. Many times, younger folks won't feel it as deeply as those of us who were alive when this song came out do. It hits me different now at 59, than it did at 14 when I first heard it, moreso with the outro guitar highlight. (I choose not to call it a solo, because the band never stops playing behind him, but supports him, sometimes gently, sometimes in force, with the drums introducing the disco ball.) As far as suggestions, I'll let others handle Floyd, But I would take a deep dive into the popular songs/bands from the 1970s. Especially the Eagles, E.L.O., Chicago, Jackson Browne, etc.
If you want an emotional experience check out "The Great Gig In The Sky" from the same concert. Watch the re-edited & remastered version. This is where you see the three backing vocalists take the lead role. It will blow your mind. I was at this very concert and I don't mind admitting that I had tears running down my face for most of the gig.
Good evening, Felicity 😇 Seeing new reactors such as yourself, reacting to something new to their frame of reference, always brings me happiness. I'm in my winter years now, but still appreciate watching the wonder and awe unfold in young people such as yourself. 😊 Pink Floyd will always bring your emotions to the surface in ways that might confuse you, but that's okay. You have yet (I think) to feel the power of their performances of "On The Turning Away" (live Pulse Concert), or the studio version of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" (part 1-IV). You have a new subscriber now. I hope to be helpful in my comments in sharing insights, especially in comprehending lyrics. I'm happy to have found your channel and wish you great success. 😇🙏🌹☺️
If "Comfortably Nub" makes you emotional, a box of "Kleenex" facial tissues would be highly recommended for the following suggestion: Pink Floyd - The Great Gig In The Sky (PULSE Restored & Re-Edited) A song of a completely different style, but which certainly brings out just as many emotions in its listeners.

My favorite from the Pulse concert is "High Hopes", it's so amazing, but a lot of their songs are some of the best of all-time.
Keep talking blew me away ,,just came ba ck for waiting 1 hour to get T-shirts :P
Watch the song SORROW from the same concert, the PULSE concert. Prepare to be mindblown again. It's trippy.
And High Hopes, and Run Like Hell, and Keep Talking, and One Of These Days .... and especially Great Gig In The Sky.
Shine on you crazy diamond parts 1-5 at the start of the album, and parts 6-9 to finish it. It’s quite extraordinary
🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Love it!! SORROW, same 1994 Pulse concert. More ridiculous guitar and the lightshow gets turned up to 'crazy'.
Thanks i will check it out
Great reaction! Try On the Turning Away live from the Delicate Sound of Thunder tour 1988. Beautiful, timeless music.
and that is music
Yes it is.
