Longtime subscriber, I ordered rocketbooks on your suggestion and they’ve been great. Would love the 5% off but it doesn’t work on the Canadian site, FYI.
It should be working again Andrew. Autonomous has gradually pulled back the amount of discount, so it may be closer to 3% now, but it's still something. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for watching! ✌️
this is not a criticism at all. Only a suggestion. One thing I found with any desk but especiallt adjustable height for better sighg and overall posture ix to have your monitor centered on the desk. The left or right side setup can mess with posture and workfloe. Again, only a suggestion. Thanks for the review of this stool.
Thanks for the suggestion. I eventually did move the big monitor centrally, but at the time I was using it secondary to my laptop (which was usually centered) ✌
@@JakeReevesVideo Also, your monitor is very low which can also increase slouching when focused. Try to get the mid section of the monitor at eye height, it's way more comfortable to look ahead than down, thanks for the review!
I'm using the back-app 2.0 chair but lately I'm back to the normal chair and standing. I think I should start using it again. It cost way more than this one, have you tried that one too?
Nice catch 👍 It's OK for playing guitar, but sometimes I would prefer if it went a little lower for that. Could just how I like to sit. I do really like that it doesn't have any impediments to the body when swiveling, etc.
When switching from using this stool to normal standing, do you feel the need to make adjustments on your sit stand desk? I'm hoping for something where I can just be "fidgety" and continuously move from standing to "leaning" without having to constantly make micro adjustments to the table.
Hi Jon, I'm 5'9" and I can transition from leaning against the stool to standing without having to adjust my desk height. When you get 'off' the stool it will bounce back a little, so you will need to bring it back towards yourself to lean against it again, but you should be able to get away without adjusting the desk - provided you aren't very tall. I hope this helps!
I've ordered, but it won't be here until mid June, so probably closer to July before I'm comfortable giving my opinion on it 👍 I also ordered the Avo chair, which should come at the same time. Then the Kinn chair is coming in July, so stay tuned ✌️
just off reading the differences between the ErgoChair 2 and the MyoChair - do you think the higher price tag is worth it for the extra adjustments? - i’m looking to buy one of them ASAP as shipping takes a while
It's really hard to say without trying them both side by side. The main adjustment I would miss would probably be the ability to adjust the amount of tension there is in the tilt mechanism. I've found I really like having that 'just right' in order to allow me to lean backwards a little any get into a comfortable reclined position from time to time. Good luck!
I consider this to be a convenient problem. By the time the legs are tired (around 25 minutes) the mind is as well. Lines up well with the pomodoro Work-Break schedule: 25min - 5min
It is when you're taking Zoom meetings all day off the laptop screen where the camera is... Haha 😂 When video meetings dominate the day, the big monitor becomes secondary

Thanks for letting me know Andrew. I am looking into it now. I’ll reply here once I figure it out with Autonomous.

This would be great for VR
Thanks Jake! I will take a look at the Autonomous products.

Sorry, I haven't tried the back-app 2.0 chair.
How do you find it as a music stool? (guessing you play guitar based on the Marshall amp)

Am i the only one that gets tired legs/ feet after like standing working for 20-30 min alrdy? Walking make such a difference

@@barbietripping btw try reading full pomodoro info - 25 min is starting point, that should grow to 45 min per pomodoro
Well, I can tell you right now that your monitor positioning isn't ergonomic! 😬

The fact they used the Greek L for A makes it 1000 times cringe.
