    I need images so I can print these movements. I have two Home Health clients and both have declined past the exercises they've had for years. These are perfect for them. I just need to be able to print them out for their families. Any ideas where I can find some good images?

    thank you for helping my body pain it helps a lot to me hoping the apectators will try it here in u tube and you can do a big changes in your body and become a healthy one.

    Thanks I view from Australia and I find very beneficial. It is great you cater for those who need to sit but others who like to stand can push themselves abit more. I’m trying to speed my actions up in a safe way which this is so thanks very much !

      I have undergone knee replacement operation. May I do last exercise I.e sitting 75 % knee down exercise. Pl clarify. Regular I am doing these exercises & balancing exercises. These are very helpful.

    I also faced the problem of volume. Its really simple to follow and practical to do as a part of daily routine.

    I like and follow your excercises very much to fight Parkinsons. Suggestion: Since the Blessing System is very broad it would be good to have an option to subscribe exclusivaly to your classes.
    Another suggestion would be that you use the same color of top for each different type of excercisses. That way we could identify whatwe are looing to do more easily. YOUR PROGRAM IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE TO ME. Manuel

    She needs to consider that we have Parkinson’s and cannot go as fast as she is going but I do like and appreciate the exercise. . Thank you !

    I love it! I have been a PT for a long time, and your protocol is right on the money. I have also found including music with a steady beat or a metronome is beneficial and contralateral multi joint movements are wonderful for decreasing tremors. Thanks for all your great content- Erik PT
