I really like the Wayne you lead the excercises. Well explained and able to keep up. I really have improved my walking and now can stand from a Chair without help. Thanks for such a good work. Please mate More videos!
Mindy- I can’t thank you enough for sharing these Big and Loud exercise programs. The program is not available in my area so my Physical Therapist told me about RUclips. I have been following your program for 3+ months. I have most of my balance back, my posture is better and I am much stronger. My husband even noticed and said he was proud of me. Thanks so MUCH!
This is Fantastic. My husband has Parkinson’s and hasn’t been to the gym since March. We have seen a decline. These videos have been a tremendous blessing. He started last week and whenever we can we do these together! It makes a huge difference for him. Thank you so very very much!
Good exercises! I hadn't looked at Big and Loud for about a year! I had already done 6lb. weights for biceps and triceps and tight resistance bands for abductor and adductor. Doing your exercises ( standing works best for me) gave me a surprisingly tiring addition, and added in chest and shoulders at the end!
I do follow your exercise format, this has been very helpful for me. Thank you very much! Just one request, can you put more videos for parkinsons as there are just 4 videos.
I really like the format of being led through all the exercises. It helps me keep pace. I've done the BIG program with a PT and it helped me with balance. But I tend to forget the form and get sloppy. I like this video style because it's not just an explanation or demo, it is a workout for Parkinson's people.Thank you.
Thanks Mindy. I love doing these exercises with you. Feedback: Please work on louder sound as the volume is low. Secondly, can we add some weight to the legs and do exercises to strengthen the legs too?
I find the class excellent. Two comments. Is it possible to make video louder??also is there a #3 BIG Home exercise session. I can only find 1 and 2. Thanks.
This was wonderful. The only thing is I had trouble keeping up with the speed. Something to set a goal for! Thank you for sharing your time and talent. I will definitely repeat this workout.
Nicely done. I took the LSVT BIG therapy for 4 times a week for four weeks . In all the exercises except rocking, I had to hold the arm out for a count of 10 for 8 reps. Why the difference?
The seated exercises are the only exercises in the routine that have a hold of ten seconds. The standing exercises are not to be done with a hold. Goal is to do 10 reps of all exercises.

I usually try to walk briskly a few times a week to get 3 miles or a little more each time now that my gym is closed.

can this be used for patients with advanced stages of Parkinson?
yes - just modify. The standing exercises can be done in sitting as well. Any movement is good!
Can't see position of feet in video😢
