what kind of milk we should drink and if u want sugar but u are fatty so can we use brown jaggery
could u give me a diet plan of healthy food
When it comes to choosing a type of milk, it's important to consider your individual nutritional needs and preferences. Dairy milk is a good source of calcium and vitamin D, but it may not be suitable for those who are lactose intolerant or have other dietary restrictions. Non-dairy alternatives, such as almond milk or soy milk, can be a good option for those who cannot or choose not to consume dairy however they often lack key nutrients such as iron and iodine, plus many of them contain additives that can be damaging to your gut.
As for sweeteners, brown jaggery is a type of unrefined sugar that is commonly used in Indian cuisine. It is less processed than white sugar and contains some minerals, but it is still a source of added sugars and should be consumed in moderation. Ie in the same amounts that you would use white sugar.
Regarding a diet plan, it's important to consult with a registered dietitian or healthcare professional who can create a personalized plan that takes into account your individual needs and goals. They can help you identify healthy food options and create a plan that works for your lifestyle and preferences.
