    RECIPE:
    Chia Blackberry Jam
    200g frozen Blackberries
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp mixed seeds
    Juice from 1 orange (other citrus fruit can work)
    Combine and mash together
    Leave overnight to allow the seeds to swell
    (can also use other fruits such as raspberries, blackcurrants, blueberries)

    If you have leaky gut or inflammation, (gluten containing) cereal and dairy products must be completely removed from your diet if you want to heal .That was an important part of healing mine
