Yes, please continue with the "that mom" series. I love it. Im loving the glow up series and the what you eat in a day for healing hormones also ❤ I have a question on the protien coffee. Does it have to be raw milk or grass fed milk to make it a complete protien? I typically use oat milk. I dont have a lot of milk because I am sensitive to the dairy, and it bothers my stomach. Thank you for all your knowledge. You always bring it together in such a beautiful & attainable way. 😊

Sometimes, for a treat, and extra energy. l put in 1/2 of Ancient organic Ghee with splash of organic MCT oil into the bone broth cinnamon coffee. Its brings it to a nother level. But l use organic almond milk instead of milk.
