    I’ve always wondered-do you get the benefits from the herbs when they are just sitting in your drink? But not actually consuming them?

      Yes absolutely! The herbs themselves infuse the water, and the longer they sit in the fridge, the water will extract the maximum potency from your herbs and roots. Such a beautiful healing and hydrating hack.

    Hi! I just found you ❤ i am currently breastfeeding and 7 months postpartum and my hormones are totally out of whack!
    While breastfeeding estrogen levels are very low, would you still recommend cruciferous veggies/ rosemary/ mint etc? Or should i be focusing on foods that will increase my estrogen levels?

      Hi McKayla! Mint is considered safe- however, I would recommend holding off on consuming an abundance of rosemary water or tea while pregnant. 💗

      Oh my goodness, that’s so kind of you! I definitely feel like over the last 15 years since I’ve started leading a healthier lifestyle, my appearance has changed tremendously! I feel that my skin at 39 years old has more radiance to it than I did when I was 23. 🤍
