I've "hid" behind weight because I didn't want to be seen due to a childhood trauma for several years. Recently I was diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease and have no choice but to "stop hiding". It sounds crazy but it kinda scares me. I've wrecked my brain to figure out what can I do that I LIKE to help me and I see this video. I love all the foods you made anyway so I'm ordering my prep bowls tonight. You don't know me but you've helped me help myself with this. Hopefully the fear sheds with the weight. Again...THANK YOU❤

One thing that works for salads is to put your wet vegetables on the bottom of your container (cucumbers, tomatoes ect..) you can also measure out the salad dressing and add on the bottom as well. Add your lettuce on top with your meat. Everything you made looks delicious and easy to make. Thanks for the recipes.

You're right sis It's great for your food to rest after it comes off the stove and before you put it in the refrigerator because if you put it in the refrigerator when it's hot and steamy that's when bacteria sets in when it's in the refrigerator. So you want to cool your food at room temperature

First time finding your channel. This will be my next meal prep. I have type two diabetes and I'm on a health journey trying to reverse this BS. I'm GOING to get healthy. Im doing 20-30 thousand steps a night at my job and half the time in fast walking so really I just need to eat better and meal prep. I work third shift and I homeschool my son so I'm always scrambling and end up getting myself fast food. Thats my downfall but as long as i have stuff ready to go I'd RATHER eat homemade so now I'm determined to do this every weekend. anyway thank you for the tips and recipes. You have a new subscriber. I've been saying there has to be a way we can eat healthy and the food still tastes good (of course there's portion control). But depending on what you eat portion control may be a couple pieces due to the calories. Anyways, you did it!! This did looks good and it's on the healthier side. I absolutely love this video. My coworkers talk about my meal prep containers but they be the first one asking do to have any extra snacks. I have been doing portion control for a few years now and it helps me not not over eat or under eat. I even do my snacks this way. I've lost almost 50 pounds and kept it off by doing this. Sometimes I fall off a week but I start back up the next because I feel like I deserve to have some cheat days just not too many in a row.❤❤

I enjoyed your video & saved it. Before my total knee surgery I had lost 45 lbs, which included meal prepping, low impact line dances & walking. Now I’ve since gained that back and my mobility has worsened. Needless to say the surgery was not successful. I am trying to save videos that will help me on that journey again.

I have gained about 50lbs of it back after losing 89lbs. I’m older now and so hard to get the weight off. parsley is detoxification for your blood. parchment paper to wrap the meat and thn seal with foil. parchment paper is safer for u. just tip ;)

Though I’m thriving not just surviving, I really miss home with family and friends sometimes. On my health journey I’ve lost 95 lbs and have a 5.3 A1C now. 😊Thank you for this video.

Thanks I just found your channel!! I struggle with weight all my life. Had surgery back when it first came out on my area but after three years I started gaining the weight back. I have gained about 50lbs of it back after losing 89lbs. I’m older now and so hard to get the weight off. So watching your video I need to stop being lazy and get back to the basics and prepare my meals.
I’m so happy I found this video. I had so much weight before and gained it all back. I’m trying to get back on track but with some flavor. I’m Puerto Rican so I need flavor lol.. I’m subscribed and ready to start this journey with you!
