It seems the multiple purpose courts and kids play area maybe shared with Phase 1 but no issues there. No interior views this time but wondering if the drawer issue with the cupboards was resolved. The development is looking good, but its 2024, the electric poles and outdated overhanging wires spoils it. I hope these will be neatened up. Solar street lights would've been superb. I hope we have draws for utensils which is basic. Also 2:11 hope they fixed the sewer issues. And yes! Lots of houses missing windows as it looks like they are trying to skimp to save on costs. But all the houses should be the SAME!

Does phase 2 also have a NWC water supply problem? Phase 1 definitely does and for the past 4/5weeks has had absolutely no NWC water supply
One would think a new housing development would've considered burying the power wires.

Phase one selling for 43mil. Can only guess what the prices are for phase 2/3.! Madness
