The development is looking good, but its 2024, the electric poles and outdated overhanging wires spoils it. I hope these will be neatened up. Solar street lights would've been superb. But im gonna humbke because its still looking good.

It seems the multiple purpose courts and kids play area maybe shared with Phase 1 but no issues there. No interior views this time but wondering if the drawer issue with the cupboards was resolved. Are any other buyers concerned that there is not a club-house for the new phase. The clubhouse for the first phase is very underwhelming, it looks very dated and rundown. We were led to believe that this phase would be suited with its own club-house. Is this no longer the case?

Good luck with the atrocious water supply. Until NWC gets their act together in St Ann in general, I cannot recommend this area for an investment property or home. I lived in Phase 1 for 2 1/2 years, and our roof storage tank ran dry 4 times in that period, due to prolonged water lock offs. The fact that most of St Ann gets water from Trelawny, when St Ann is full of rivers, is absurd.

It is too easy to fleece Jamaicans. This house does not even have a proper kitchen.
