Do you have any issues with the layout of your property.. I think they just decided to add landscaping before some buyers started to complain..
I don't have any issues as such, although I do see that some 3 bed plots seem smaller than 2 bed plots. But I do have a few concerns
1. Kitchen Drawers-.This has been mentioned on numerous occasions. In the original flyer from a year ago the kitchen has drawers so I don't understand what this has changed🤷🏽♀️
2. Electric poles-My heart sank when I saw them. I imagined a wonderful clear landscape with no wires/poles, I assumed everything would be modern and underground. I hope the ugly poles there now are temporary .
3. Pool/clubhouse/gym-I was under the impression there was going to be another one to accommodate phase II. There is only one which I think is not enough for the whole community
4. I wished that the front of the 3 bed was like the 2 bed, I love that design.
In the grand scheme of things, these are probably just minor irritations, and I guess after my intial excitment, I may just be nit picking. Aside from that I am really excited and the homes do look lovely. From what I gather from our attorneys phase 1 handover was in March and there is another handover in June
I do feel that the developers needs to take on board and even consider some of these concerns and maybe offer some feedback. It just feels we are being ignored, which doesn't bode well for those that haven't had received their keys as yet. Would be great yo hear from anyone that received their home in March.

@@DriveNYC718 the height of the stair chase going up is a loft entrance or attic. It needs spiral stairs due to the size reduction they made from the first phase. Those contractors are sloppy. Make the stair entrance to the second floor is too LOW THAT CANT BE TO BUILDING REGULATIONS

Why is handover being delayed so many times? Are they hoping to hit everyone with escalation???
Are any other buyers concerned that there is not a club-house for the new phase. The clubhouse for the first phase is very underwhelming, it looks very dated and rundown. We were led to believe that this phase would be suited with its own club-house. Is this no longer the case?
Hi, phase 2 does come with its own clubhouse. It was featured in our last post, however, it is still incomplete.

Love how extensive the video is but I have to agree the light poles with the wires are such an eye sore and sooo outdated. Really. Even solar lamps would be cheaper. Agree about the kitchen draws. That should be standard. Glad they are doing something with landscaping. Right now the first phase is doing better than this phase in terms of what they are providing.
Seems theres a delay. First phase handover was supposed to be March and is now June and 2nd phase was June, and is now end of July/early August..hopefully.
I figured because I was told my handover was in June and I have not heard anything.

How can these expensive properties come without shower enclosure?
Over $40m and no shower enclosure, no kitchen drawers and the staircase is a hazard with no railing at the top, it’s so flimsy!
Why is there no gutter pipe leading from the roof to the ground, they are currently discoloring the walls AND the previous phases have this!

Good luck with the atrocious water supply. Until NWC gets their act together in St Ann in general, I cannot recommend this area for an investment property or home. I lived in Phase 1 for 2 1/2 years, and our roof storage tank ran dry 4 times in that period, due to prolonged water lock offs. The fact that most of St Ann gets water from Trelawny, when St Ann is full of rivers, is absurd.
