Manchester has water issues, little or no water. Make sure you guys solar your house n not depend on JPS.😢
The water issue is a turn off. You have to harvest your own water. Its bad for decades

Well, if anybody deh a foreign and can afford medical healthcare must can afford private healthcare when dem return to Jamaica. The same healthcare ppl a complain about is what is saving dem damn life. If you know how people from the caribbean appreciate Jamaica healthcare. Mi deh a foreign just like anybody else and mi could never downplay our health system cause a no first world country. Look how ppl a England a sleep on floor...that still nah happen a Jamaica. Very nice video. I would say yes to anyone who is want to come back to Jamaica and choose Mandeville. Very cool weather up there; I retired to the North Coast and it is so unbelievably hot, living near the beaches is overrated. Also, a big plus for Mandeville is the new highway they just opened to Kingston, it is so beautiful. The only drawback is that the traffic in central Mandeville is terrible, maybe because all the stores are there providing anything you need.

@larrysmith3102: Your statement is somewhat true but the temperature change in Manchester/Mandeville has nothing to do with asphalt or concrete. Across the entire World warmer temperatures have been increasing. I am not totally sold on the whole global warming argument. This change in temperature could be cyclical so those really cooler weather will be back in effect with time. Mandeville is still very cool and cold at nights. 😏

I am from Manchester too , but the crime rate is high now. After migrating over 30 yrs ago, it’s sad that I am not so keen on buying a lot out there. But frankly Ingleside has always been a great community.
Lovely area, my sisters attend NCU nice area. BUT water problem that's the one drawback. Climate just like NY in the fall.

Those lots are approximately $70 thousand US dollars each. Seem a bit steep even for Mandeville. Definitely not for the average Jamaican. 😐

You see I would really really really want to open my school when I turn 18 so if I could just make some money for myself by doing music when I raise up enough money I would buy out everything and I would open my school I'm 14 now and by the time I turned 18 I believe that somebody would have buy already Angela just have that open and then I could have my I could have my drinks to right across from it just be glad and use it just about everything goes straight down and use it I could have all my businesses on the same road but I think in the space of 4 or 5 years somebody's going to buy it before me before I would be able to buy it but this looks like a really nice land to put my school in and my stores in and you know just start off a business for myself doing great things for the world

Manchester has a very low crime rate, I live nearby in Trelawny.
