This popped in my feed so had to give it a go... correction...this is speed change not a speed ramp, a ramp has a curve or an illusion of a curve, this is raw cuts and change of speed. Since you´re not showing the actual changing you refer to at the end, your title is miss-leading..same as the tutorial itself 👍
Hey Rob, yes you're right it's definitely just a speed change, we're hoping a speed ramping feature is added in Lumafusion too, as mentioned you can make 2-5 cuts and they make one 10%, 20% 50%, 75% to achieve a bit of a ramp effect, however doing this can look a little juddery, so I've found just a single cut looks best.
@@editorskeys This next one might go to your spam section as it includes a link, but if you do it properly you wont have any jitters at all. Next 2 links are 2 videos which i speed ramp my way.
Speed ramping is when the speed of the clip gradually increases or decreases, this is just a hard speed adjustment, luma unfortunately doesn’t support speed ramping (at the time of this comment)
Before I even watch this video I already know it's not going to be speed ramping... Edit: so I watched it and I can't confirm it's not even an _attempt_ at a speed ramp 🤣😔 *Just re-title the video.*
Useful tips , but there are free app like VN that offer built in speed ramp that works amazingly, for me LumaFusion has to implement it cause for it’s money price
Very disappointing not to have speed ramping in LumaFusion as it is an important technique. Hope they add it in the 3.0 release. It’s done using key frames.
That’s not speed ramping, it’s just cutting and changining the speed, the transition is a little jarring. I need to “ramp” up and down, not switch. Maybe re- title this video. If you do work out how to ramp, I would like to see that please.

This isn’t speed ramping. Just speed changing. I look forward to Lumafusion including proper ramping. The new M1 iPad Pro might open the door to that.
M2 and still not a aimable …

Thank you. I just started using Lumafusion for the first time. This helped me speeding up many clips ❤
Glad it helped!
Well done! Very easy to comprehend , I will try it out.
Have fun with it and thanks for the comment Facundo
Great tips!.. what do you recommend for stabilization?
So at the moment I use some other apps to do that! I’m hoping they add that soon!
@@editorskeys cool! Any app that you recommend?
When you said , small simple cut of slow and fast works well enough, i hit the like button🤣🤣🤣🤣
haha thank you!
Is there a way to change the speed of say five clips at the same time ? Cannot figure it out
😁 Do you have link for that guy t-shirt on the speed ramp edit?
Thanks a lot for your help 🙏🏼

Great video! I wish I can buy a keyboard key pad for my 12.9 white magic keyboard
Hey why don’t u route your cable of your neon logo upwards instead of having it dangle around in frame :)
Good idea Sebastian! We'll take a look into it
Where did you get that keyboard
Hey Paolo it’s from Editorskeys.com
@@editorskeys sorry this was my first time seeing it I didn’t know it was from you guys directly but thanks 😂
It’s not speed ramping
Hey Evan, you’re right, but it’s as close as you can get right now! I think they are adding the feature soon though!
Hello not to say you're is not perrect but how can you get the exact percentage. 120fps. 20%
60fps 50%
Where should the slider be placed?
Great video, nice and short. Straight to the point. Thank you.

No what I want is being able to buy a editors key for my 12.9 magic keyboard for my iPad 😭 Amazon doesn’t have it in stock anymore
0:29 I want that shirt
That’s not a ramp. It’s simple changing the speed of the clip.
Hey Jan, yes unfortunately you can’t speed ramp in LumaFusion right now, so this is the closest thing possible
Very disappointing not to have speed ramping in LumaFusion as it is an important technique. Hope they add it in the 3.0 release. It’s done using key frames.
Not a ramp.
Lets be honest, lumafusion has the worst speed ramping option
Hmmm that’s litterally not speed ramping works but not as smooth as speed ramping

Hey it doesn't exist yet, so this is the work around I use, hope this helps

not a speed ramp
It's as good as you can get until they add it 😂
Thumbs Down for including "Ramp" in the title. This is a "Speed Change" tutorial.
