Iv been approaching this trick riding up forward front foot off then opening the can and dropping back in switch. So it works riding up Fakie too right on

Actually this trick is what some would call "oldschool", quite popular in the 80's. In this video (/watch?v=b82IXvrdFAA) you can actually see Tony Hawk doing it on a vert ramp. Its name is kinda weird and yeah, I didn't know it was called this way but I did see the trick done a couple of times.
its funny how alot of the "wierd" stuff he did in that part is now popular. i wonder if in 10 years time can opener's and river dance's will be all the rage
yep he's a badass but he's not underrated skater.. hes a skaters skater just like busenitz but busenitz, ramondetta and he's been killing it since the zero skateboards started
