I have watched almost all falconry videos on the web, and I have yet to find one that is better than this! Of course, it depends on what are you looking in the video, but I would appreciate if you can provide the link for the videos you find better than this?! Always in the search for perfection ;)

@@njfalconry You did good with the goshawks, no doubt about it, but as much as I like to hunt with the goshawk, making the falcon hunting and flying like a wild bird is the pinnacle of the falconry!

They are faster ! I‘ve read a lot of books and in some books , scientists said , that the Barbary falcon is by far the fastest Falcon.
@@mato8494 I don’t think so the fastest falcon is the Peregrine the fastest falcon flying in a straight line flat out would probably be the Gyr Falcon Quote “Two stoops of Peregrine Falcons and two of Barbary Falcons were measured with a tracking radar. For the Peregrine Falcons, total altitude losses while diving were 250 m and 350 m. Steepest diving angles amounted to 42° and 40°, respectively. Maximal air speeds of 36 and 51 m/s (130 and 184 km/h) were recorded. For the Barbary Falcons, the corresponding values are height losses of 173 m and 189 m, diving angles of 20° and 34°, and maximal air speeds of 42 and 44 m/s (150 and 158 km/h). In that case , the Peregrine was faster , but the barbary has a higher Wing beat frequency .. with sweeping wing beats the Barbary could reach higher speeds..
Like i said .. i have 2 Books ( Falconry) in both of them scientists said.. the Barbary falcon is the fastest falcon on earth..
@@mato8494 No, someone has seen a wild Peregrine outfly & outstoop a wild Barbary in a successful attempt to rob it of a sparrow. And i have well over 50 falconry books & none say a Barbary falcon or Red naped shaheen is faster than a Peregrine. A Barbary is only a sub species of the Peregrine anyway, peregrinus / pelegrinoides.
