Wow! I love this. Finally an Animation Nodes video that's easy to understand. Long time I've been looking for Motion Graphics Tuts you can Create in Blender similar to Cinema 4D.
Great stuff as always, learned a lot. Thanks!
I just made setup which allows to merge this system with GN instancing (just cont know how to make color yet) it is crazy how fast this is. I've got a pretty old pc rig and still can make matrix instance cube with geometry nodes, and having all the same control (location rotation scale all works) over setup, this is just nuts how much geo I can throw at it.
🔥🔥🔥 Спасибо за урок)
🤩🤩🤩
Thank you again, as stated below, learned a lot. It's such a big thing that components can grouped for reuse. What do you think, how you can reuse best, store in the startup file?
Awesome video! Im curious though. Is there an easy way to parent the entire matrix object to another object?
Yes you can use transform matrix node for doing that
@@bluefoxcreation Thanks!
Hi can you do a series of Simple redshift shader in c4d? Simple thing Like add dirt on glass
Check this : ruclips.net/video/r7eTI4oeleE/видео.html
Yoop Thank's ^^ Go in asset :p
That was the main reason that keeps me chained to C4D... Really thinks blender have the capacity to grown in the mograph community once the Animation Nodes will mature...
How do you feel in blender compared to C4D? in general.
C4d still holds lead in ease of use and mograph, volumes etc
There are few reason why i use blender,
1.eevee - fast realtime render is a huge time saver
2.Animation nodes- free node based motion graphics addon. My personal favorite.
3.Cycles : Great node based render engine
4.Mantaflow : fluid and smoke simulation inside blender
5.100% free and opensource
Blender is good enough 👍👍
@@bluefoxcreation It's pure new blood, progressive and inclusive, and even if old guys (industry) keep using their tractors you can't stop new generations so this is the new standard sooner or later.
Another marvelous tutorial! Thank you. I have a question. When I click viewport shading - Object, my objects disappear. Is your random color because you have a material on the cube? I get the random loc, rot, and scale just as expected.
AND.... Falloffs are a favorite topic of mine because they are so powerful. I would like to request a tutorial on the various kinds of Falloffs and their uses.
I figured it out, in my Combine Color Node I had HSV set to 0 instead of 1 as you had. Now color randomness shows appropriately.
@@donross7820 Glad you figured it out...If you are interested check out my new experimental falloff types for AN : twitter.com/bluefox_3d/status/1239989495857987584?s=20
@@bluefoxcreation I was wrong, I had applied a material and that was giving the random colors. Do you have a material on your cubes? So far random colors do not appear despite recreating your node structure.
Can't wait to study the above link! Will there be a Mac version of your new nodes? That Formula Falloff is really exciting.
In the shader editor you have to use object info node -> colors to get colors to your material. otherwise it's just viewport color.
Sorry i use windows machine so i don't know how to compile AN for mac.
@@bluefoxcreation I use that node into a Principled BSDF then Material Output but only get a single color. I use Cycles and maybe that is the problem?
My matrix disappeared after I pressed "Object" in Vieport shading...Displays only source cube.
