I made these yesterday and they were delicious!!! Your recipe was my 1st time trying them. Since ive never had them I didnt know what they would taste like but the pictures and videos of them look so good I had to try. When the meat was done I was worried that it just wouldnt be good. I tried some of the meat and was good but thought the tacos wouldnt be good. But it was the taco with the chz, cilantro and onions that made it better! The wife and our kids loved them! Really wasnt that hard but I did get a lil messy putting the tacos together lol! We still had quite a bit left over so thats what we're gonna have for dinner again today!😊 Thank you for the recipe!👍

OMG it's so delicious 🤤 .. first time adding cinnamon and Chipotle chili's and thyme ..I've used clove and cummin and vinegar in the past I was taught by a friend of the family but yours is different and delicious thanks for this recipe ❤️

After seeing a few different Birria Taco videos on RUclips I was so excited to find, upon asking, that a great local Mexican restaurant does them although they aren’t on the menu. I was so disappointed when they brought it out and their consume appeared to be basically water or maybe a light clear broth with a ton of onion and cilantro thrown into it. No chili purée in it and the beef they used was just regular shredded taco beef with no chili purée flavor at all. Made me want to try the recipes I’ve seen here even more! I’ll be making it myself soon so I can experience the awesomeness seen in your video.

This is a great consommé recipe! Birria is with goat but this will be delicious no matter what! Lots are calling birria what are really great consommé tacos, hey whatever hits the flavor spot! Yum!
Turned out amazing! I make a chili oil by grinding up several chile Arbol and small amount of dried chipotle in a spice grinder and mix with avocado oil and let set for about 3 weeks to fry eggs in. I tried this oil to fry your birria tacos in and it was da bomb!!

Thanks for this. I've only ever had quesabirria tacos in restaurants but it is a good dish. I think it might depend on who's making it on whether the meat in the tacos will have much flavor beyond its own. This recipe seems like it has a good shot at the spices getting into the meat.

You can also use a damp towel to cover the valve to vent the pressure cooker when it's finished cooking. Thank you for the recipe! I love it!
