Thank you for posting this video… I am installing a Webasto evo 40… but I also have 1 inch foam insulation and three-quarter plywood… So I am ordering the turret… I would not have known about it if I had not watched your video. Great job by the way.
Very helpful!! Hopefully, we will be doing the same thing soon. I heard you have to be very careful of the slope of the fuel line. Did you have problems with this? thank you
How did you assure that there would be adequate air flow for intake at the unit? attach a tube that accessed the open air of the isle? frame in the area with a screen in the isle? If a tube was used, what diameter? thank you very much!!
Very helpful and well explained. Exactly where I was planning on installing mine.

AMAZING. Thank you for this wonderful video!

I haven't had any issues with mine. I was more worried about the slope of the exhaust line so it would not keep moisture/water in it and rust
@@SerendipitySue Nice to hear this! I am very excited about getting a heater in. take care

Very helpful. Did you use a dip pipe at the other end of the elbow going into the promaster gas tank ?
No, the promaster fuel port is all set to go
Any updates on how the heater has been working? Have you been to places where you've been using it?
works great! I haven't done any high altitude camping yet though
We will be putting the same heater on a 2023 promaster. Can the heater drain the gas tank or is it set to turn off with 1/4 tank left? thank you
I hooked up the webasto to the built-in fuel port. I assume it can drain the tank, but I haven't tried. The Webasto is *very* frugal with gas
@@SerendipitySue Thank you..your video was really helpful!!!
A 4" hole saw would have been faster and easier than the jigsaw?
Maybe it's just the camera angle but shouldn't that pump be on an angle?
Yup. 15 to 35 degrees. Lots of people miss this.
