I used to only play Nintendo from NES up through N64 but now I hate them for their tyrannical anti consumer behavior.

They aren't just killing modding, They are killing the amount of players in their player base, So a bunch of players in numbers will go down. A Huge amount. And that isn't gonna be looking good for them. And won't also look good for nintendo.
They also have DEI localisation (western identity politics) happening directly in Nintendo of Japan, so the whole company has gone to sh*t.
Remember, don't blame Nintendo. Blame Nintendrones. THe customer gives companies their money, and gives them their go-aheads. So long as you all continue to buy Nintendo products, the more volatile Nintendo will become.
