Right now I am in pain. Listening to the meditation, focusing on my breath, accepting the pain and why it is there, has reduced my "poor me" feelings. Calmed my anxiety dramatically...thank you.

Starts off slow, a lot of guidance in the beginning but not a lot of breath cueing. Gives one space thru the middle and ends great. Give it a try, well worth the 30 mins. Thank you
