    Trust me this stuff works.. 19 years old I was stuck at a 315 squat and 245 bench press for a few months then implanted bands into my workouts now 2 months later I got 315 on bench for one and 405 on squat for 3*5 💪

      I bench 3 times a week as I do full body workout 3 times a week I want to implement bands on my bench press should I do it every 2nd workout day

      Ismail salam I have one band day, one heavy day, and one say for volume so every second day is perfect

    As someone whose been working out for the last 7 years( 54 years old now) I do all kinds of training especially the compound lifts
    Also do training with resistance bands but when u add the tension of the weight with the resistance of the band at the same time let's say doing the barbell curl phenomenal exercise and u can do the same with all your other lifts .

    When using a rack make sure. It’s a power rack with plates on it and not a rack that is not loaded. Love the the content 👍🏾

    Darn, I was hoping you would use flat bands so I could see how to attach them. I may have to buy all new bands and make them the round bands with hooks on the ends. I would offer one suggestion on the barbell/band curls. Step back a couple steps so the bottom of the band is a couple feet in front of you. I believe that angle will more effectively stress the biceps as it nears completion of the curl. With the band anchored straight underneath you the angle doesn't really add a lot of extra stress to the biceps. It's pulling straight down just like gravity does. The advantage of bands is that you can angle them for the best stress at odd angles which is difficult to do with just free weights.

    Does the bodylastic basic set provide enough resistance combined with weights? I guess we don't need THAT much resistance from bands since we are using weights as well.

      leftis95 I just ordered the bodylastics warrior edition about an hour ago, all bands combined weigh up to 265lbs of resistance. Going to combine it with my free weights training and take my gains to a whole new level
