- How to make Yoshinoya Style Teriyaki Chicken !
Serves 1 person
You will need:
2 Boneless Chicken Thighs Skin On
Garlic Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Garnish with:
Chopped Green Onions ( Optional )
Shichimi Togarashi: Japanese Seven Spice (Optional)
To make the Teriyaki Sauce:
2 Tablespoons Sake
2 Tablespoons Mirin
2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
Serve with white rice and vegetables.

How did you cook your vegetables ?
Boil water. Add chicken broth powder. Add mixed vegetables. Add corn starch and stir.

what rice do yoshinoya use ??
We use regular rice, washed and steamed. Enjoy! :)

All wrong they get chicken breast with skin and everything place it on its skin for 6 minutes no seasoning or anything just the chicken turn it over for 6 minutes and then one last time on its skin to get that skin crunchy then just use a knife to chop it in slices and then add the sauce at the end so it won't get soggy
