    26-year-old Dylan Molina was sentenced on Monday for the Lake Worth crash that killed off-duty police detective Alex Cervantes. Molina pleaded guilty to all charges. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison for intoxication manslaughter for the death of Detective Cervantes and 10 years each for intoxication assault in connection to the injuries to the officer's wife and two children. He also pleaded guilty to 6 months in jail for another DWI. The sentences for the charges will be served concurrently.

      No that wouldn’t work. Do you think that nobody drank alcohol during prohibition? They did - they drank moonshine which is usually far stronger and can be extremely dangerous. People need to just be responsible enough to drink any drive. If I drink I never drive anywhere - why is that so hard? Why does that require the banning of alcohol for those who don’t act this way?

    I feel bad for everyone involved... Even the son said he looks like a good guy, amd wouldn't do something like that. He's probably going through a lot in life, and chose alcohol to lean on, and started leaning a little too much on it. I myself am going through a lot, and lean on alcohol a little. But im not addicted. I can honestly say, ive never been drunk, though i have been buzzed. Im also a responsible drinker. I know not to drive if ive had too much.
