Sir you are really a gem. I came to DAMS for my FMGE exam and got addicted to your pharm lectures and scored high in that exam. Now preparing for USMLE and still listening your lectures.

I started to enjoy pharmacology because only of you.why youtube and wifi was mot common whem i was b pharm student? You are awesome sir. Really wonderful.
Sir you are a gem, thank you for the free lectures of complicated topics I was trying to grasp ANS like crazy but still had so many lacunaes in my concepts ,you made it crystal clear
I loved your all video wanna join the app but price is too high for a normal student why would you not trying price like Dr najeeb lecture and life time access?
Sympathetic stimulation do not have any significant affect on coronary and cerebral vasculature because this vasculature are regulated by local factors ( so Sir u have mentioned more Beta 2 receptors On coronary blood vessels)?? But whereas beta and alpha receptors should be equally distributed on coronary vessels!! So plz clarify the doubt sir ??
Please read once again and if it is same, send me the reference. I feel you are getting confused with cerebral vessels. Coronaries have more beta 2 receptors
Yeah, true. Looks like you're coming from Dr. Najeeb's lecture. You're right though, cerebral and coronary blood vessels are self-regulated through metabolites of brain and heart respectively.
Sir I just watched your videos and I think I'm in love with your way of teaching.Sir please tell me how can I subscribe ur app and which app?And about the payment method

Sir, If by any chance you will read this- I am a post MD students doing preparation for DM clinical pharmacology. I have taken the paid service of your app for pharmacology. It's for pg exam for ug aspirants and its awsum! But we need something more than that. As I believe you are a giant in the field of pharmacology, can you help us with that. Topics like pharmacoeconomics, drug repositioning, newer targets in chemotherapy, CPCSEA, ethnopharmacology, biostatistics etc. If you will help on those, we will be greatly obliged. Expectation from you never end. Thank you( if by chance you will read it).
Mouril Shah let me explain you how ..As i said alfa 2 receptor is coupled with G-inhibitory receptor so when ever it gets stimulated it will decrease the activity of adenyl cyclase that in turn decreases activity of CAMP and this decreases protein kinase activity =Which wholly opens the potassium channels and you know potassium is high inside the cell so that will go out so electronegativity is increased therefore need lot of sodium to depolarize the neuron and finally it will effect the voltage gated calcium channels(na sensitive) as we know calcium is responsible for opening the gates of syntexin then only synapto bravin of vesicle can bind with it so if there is no calcium then no interaction between syntaxin and synapto bravin so no release of vesicle containing Nor epinephrine...This whole process is called and auto inhibitory loop

For which purpose do you require it?
Just remember clinically relevant things. Alpha 1 A in prostate and eye
Alpha 1B and 1D at blood vessels
