Sirji platelet me nu absent h to new cox nahi banega but endothelium me nu h to wo new cox bna lega but cox to AA pe kaam krta he to wo to fir PGs banayega aur same process follow hogi to aur pathway to same hi h TxA2 and PGI2 banne ki mera kehna ye h ki cox rahega to dono banenge chahe wo kahi se bhi aye… thoda sa yaha pe confusion h…plz clear kariyega 🙏🏻

Arrey dost, COX se PGG2 and H2 ban gya. Ab aage kya bnega yeh depend karta hai, cells me kon sa enzyme hai. Platelets me TXA2 synthase hai to sirf wahi bnega naa
