Dave's always been a real intimate and revealing guy, but I'm floored by this and Own Valentine. The thought of sharing my first heartbreak with the world as a grown man is strangely terrifying. I can't think of another artist that reveals this much about themselves, and I listen to a lot of post-emo old dudes with acoustic guitars.
