      BRIGHT SIDE actually your wrong you dont need oatmeal to be healthy. All these healthy things you were talking about are found in fruit & vegetables. Oats actually make you put on weight & cause inflammatory in the body without you noticing until later on in life maybe until your 80 even!

    I eat oatmeal porridge every morning and has done so for 51 years, yes and I am swedisch in Sweden outmeal porridge with applesauce and full milk is the standard breakfast, and we dont eat anything more than that usually in the mornings in wintertime, in the summertimes we switch to a kind of youghurt, here in Sweden called Fil, and we eat musli to that, and normally avoid bread, the receptie for this oat meal is simple, 1 dl outmeal 3 dl water 1 teaspoon of salt put in a cooker and boil for tre minuts, then its ready , poor it in to a bawl, add cold milk and apple sauce. Eat.

    I fed my pet extra terrestrial wolpertinger oatmeal every morning mixed with flaxseed and chia seeds for 87 years until it reached puberty and decided to create a life for itself. It become a bread winning, conscientious, productive member of society. Spurned by an intense desire to protect and serve now it is a state trooper in California. Oatmeal works! 😊✔

    • @morgankennedy6193
      @morgankennedy6193 4 года назад +7

      @@eeyyaakk6801 not instant, has to be old fashioned rolled oats. Instant get too soggy. Mix half a cup oats and half a cup of milk or whatever. Nut milk. You can even use water although it won't be as flavorful. Keep it in the fridge if you're using something perishable like milk, but I guess if you use water it wouldn't be required. Use some add-ins like dried fruits, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, etc. There's all kinds of recipes online that you can use.

    Here is the testimonial that tells it all. My father has eaten oatmeal every morning for over 35 years, and is nearly 97 years old!! He credits his long life and physical well being to this hard and fast daily breakfast “staple”. He always eats the quick oats, with around 2 teaspoons stevia sweetener with just a splash of mile, nothing fancy. The past 4 years or so I encouraged him to substitute the milk with a bottle of Boost for the added protein , vitamins and such that it contains(he uses the chocolate flavor in the low glucose version of Boost). He says it helps keep him regular, fills him up, and helps him stay slim. It’s difficult to say he is doing anything wrong with his choice to eat oatmeal every day!! FYI: he eats a heaping 1/3 c oatmeal with water to cover oats, cooks in microwave for 2 minutes, then mixes in the Boost, no stevia added when he started using the boost. Before he used boost he microwaved oatmeal and water, then added the Stevia (for sweetener), and the splash of milk after cooking.

    I know its been a while since this video got posted, but I've been eating oatmeal every morning for at least 4 months already and I've lost 20 pounds.
    so all i do is make an oatmeal pancake :
    mix in a bowl (for one portion):
    1 egg
    3/4 table spoon of milk (any type you'd like)
    2.5 table spoon of shredded oat bran
    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
    a pinch of cinnamon
    its recommended to add natural sweetener such as Stevia.
    2 minutes on a none stick pan and it turns out delicious !

    No bloating, no constipation & some weight loss for me. I do this thing where I eat only oatmeal for 4 days and then veggies and chicken or eggs for 3 with oatmeal for dinner. It’s amazing how a small portion of this stuff can make you feel full for a good few hours. I’ve had gut issues in the past so fiber is very important for my diet and oats is by far the easiest and best way to get that in. Not to mention you can mix numerous amounts of fruit, berries, granola or muesli.
    NOT SPONSORED BY QUAKER OR ANY OATS COMPANY. 😂. It’s just good stuff.
