    Hey guys! What's the most harmful food you love? 😉 Me, I eat chips...

    • @kiwitrainguy
      @kiwitrainguy 6 лет назад +49

      All foods have at least some benefit. The harm comes with having too much of any of them and not enough of others leading to an unbalanced diet.

      Cooking it destroys enzymes. 500 mg garlic capsules, 1000 mg turmeric capsules.. Take with 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp black seed oil, 1 tbsp ginger, 1tbsp cinnamon, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 oz ACV with mother. Mix with 8 oz water, hold nose and chug. Chase with a bottle of water. This will make you full and has great benefits. ACV makes you stink when you sweat. Avoid if going to gym soon or you’ll reek. If you don’t mind it , fine.

      @@stayoutmylanemullen7258 you're welcome. It started for me in 2009 and the meds worked wonders. But I didnt want to be on meds anymore. So I researched and found out that veggies and fruits were my answer. I basically healed my thyroid and I know you will too. When I send this message I will say a prayer for you. You will get through this and please if you dont have to have surgery to have it removed, DONT DO IT! God has graced us with naturally medicinal foods and vitamins on this earth to heal our bodies. I have a friend who had hers removed and she regrets it after hearing my story. You got this. Just do some research, try seeing a holistic doctor, and be patient with yourself and your body. You will live to see better days. Oh and I had depression too. Honey, it is horrible but your days are about to get better. God bless 😊🌹❤🙌🏿

    The OTHER reasons dark chocolate, green tea, berries, olive oil, red wine, and pomegranates due to the polyphenols, flavanoids, and other beneficial compounds found in them as well as the reasons you put in the video.
    Oleic Acid is a GOOD carrier for Oleuropein being a prime example of this.

    Watermelon is the one that surprised me the most as I always considered it to be basically worthless from a nutritional standpoint. If you recheck your "facts" about where the study was done promoting the "healthy benefits" of red wine, you will find that it was paid for by the wine industry. It has been proven that In order to reap the "supposed health benefits" from it, a person would have to drink so much red wine that they would be in a coma. Drinking alcohol in any amounts produces no health benefits at all. It has been proven that alcohol has nothing but detrimental affects on the human body. There is no such thing as a "safe amount" or "beneficial amount" that a person can consume.

      I was taught at an early age...anything that is red is good for you. Watermelon, tomatoes, strawberries, Apples, red plums, red wine, red potatoes, and red peppers...all have lots of health benefits!

      i wouldn't call myself a chef, but any of the fish would go nicely with spinach/brocolli, even add some garlic and avacado and a glass of wine. as for berry, oatmeal you can add both with a yoghurt for breakfast. hope this helps.

    Just consume foods high on the ANDI & ORAC scale and you should be fine.
    Carb heavy, sugar-rich diets will crystallize your organs, protein won't synthesize properly(glycation) and you'll just end up a diabetic mess. If you're on a saturated, dairy-rich diet your arteries will build up plaque, organs will calcify, and hypertension will be a problem...
    Avoid high-fructose, high sodium, high stress environments & eat low carb and low sugar fruits & vegetables. Supplement vit d & k along with Magnesium to keep things pumping. Thanks for your time 👍
