What about Cayenne Pepper thats good for the Arteries as well, i use that With Garlic Turmeric Lemon Apple Black Pepper, Water, After Food Consimption,

The Gerson institute says it doesn't destroy them, it removes them to the water through cooking. So it recommends to cook vegetables in a very small amount of water and then remove that water and consume it with the vegetables to get all the nutrients

All of these healthy foods,they do work, but only if you cut out the things making you ill to start with. Why fix a flat tire if you are going to continue to drive over nails. P.S. It’s not red meat causing your bad health.

Cooking destroys most vitamins in broccoli. Eat it raw or cook it 5 minutes less,

If cholesterol is up then I would saying drinking water may help then your body can go thru fluid retention and have to sweat it off
