    I started adding heart-healthy foods like green vegetables, avocados and nuts to my meals. Over time, I felt more energetic and my cholesterol levels improved. Please change your habits as soon as possible.

    Cooking destroys most vitamins in broccoli. Eat it raw or cook it 5 minutes less,

      Just did. Cooking - The U.S. Department of Agriculture reports that you'll lose 15 percent to 25 percent of the broccoli's vitamin C and 5 percent to 15 percent of most B vitamins, except folate. The loss of folate is 15 percent to 35 percent.@@Alan-71351

      The Gerson institute says it doesn't destroy them, it removes them to the water through cooking. So it recommends to cook vegetables in a very small amount of water and then remove that water and consume it with the vegetables to get all the nutrients

    All of these healthy foods,they do work, but only if you cut out the things making you ill to start with.
    Why fix a flat tire if you are going to continue to drive over nails.

    It’s not red meat causing your bad health.

    AS A KID I ALWAYS HEARD LEMON THINS OUT THE BLOOD...THIN BLOOD WONT CLOG THE ARTERIES. NOW IF YOUR ARTERIES ARE ALREADY CLOGGED ITS ANOTHER STORY. BUT TO PREVENT THAT STAGE DO THE LEMON DRINK.

    If cholesterol is up then I would saying drinking water may help then your body can go thru fluid retention and have to sweat it off
